I had placed any order with swiggy for one butter chicken and mixed fried rice and the shocking part is that instead of getting my order they gave someone else order with was the same but veg. I am sure they vegetarian have become non vegetarian that night thanks to swiggy delivery person for not double checking the order list. They 1st agreed for a refund partially. Now I get a reply email saying that they cannot refund me as the issue was with the restaurant and I should give them a bad review so they can improve. The app is theirs they make upto 70 percent profit on all deals and when it's our money and the food is wrong the customer is to be blamed. I am sad that the strands of swiggy has dropped so so low.

Such a bad service...agents are very illmannered nd they r so worse nd rude...never got any resolution...I bought Nu republic headphone but that's not working.then I contacted their helpdesk the agents are telling they can't help such a bad customer service nd the service is awful...I will take this case to consumer forum nd will post everywhere in insta every social media platform nd the agent named Sohail is very illmannered. Want action against this. I will take the help of consumer forum against swiggy. Never buy anything from swiggy.
I had ordered 3 items but I received only 2 items, from smoor I had ordered
1. Brownie cheesecake- received
2. Coated nuts almond - received
3. Artisanal Baklava 4 pc - not received
Smoor people say they have sent the order, but we have not received it, swiggy is not ready to refund or send me the product, it's a scam. If I send a email they do not refund me, the customer care who comes for a chat, is such an irresponsible person, when they can't give the solution they just close the chat. This is what swiggy is giving the service, I recommend everyone to use swiggy.
Swiggy is fraud, they are looting people form people. They have hidden charges which they charge you without letting you know. They don't refund. This is fraud.
Wasted four hours, orders cancelled without prior info, birthday ruined, the delivery guy came to house and asked to give him order, he thought I am restaurant guy
I had ordered two medium sized pizza and one garlic bread combo. The delivery boy did not deliver one medium sized pizza. Also, he did not hand over the bill as well. On contacting customer support they asked asked us to call the Chicago pizza outlet. The Chicago pizza outlet shared the video with us which showed all items handed over. The delivery boy was Vishnu Kumar. Inspite of repeated complaints, swiggy refused to address our issue. Order from them at your own risk.

I have always ordered from Swiggy no matter what. But the last few order I am really disappointed a lot especially with my ORDER ID: **************
I mean what the f&&k is wrong with the Swiggy Policy and I mean litreally just WHY? Swiggy litreally charged my whole food + GST and so called "Platform Fee" amount for the order that I did not even recieve.
I order food from restaurant which was available in the Swiggy. I have order from that restaurant before also. No issues at that time but this time. I litrealy waitied for more than 1 hour where I just needed to wait for like around 20-30 minutes.
When I called the restaurant they said, we have packed your order, we need only 10 minutes for your order. The swiggy delivery agent did not show up, this is not our problem.
I mean I am in hunger waiting for more than an hour and no agent was assigned. So I decided to cancel it as I did not want to be in hunger.
But the f&&king Swiggy litreally charged me my whole amount for the Cancellation and called it as "Cancellation Charges". I mean why the hell am I supposed to pay any kind of amount where the total fault is on Swiggy?!. I mean how will I even know within a minute that I will not recieve my order? Cancellation is free only within a minute from the Order? What kind of f&&king policy is this!?
I tried contacting them through every means possible but no hope in any mode of contact. Customer Support is a biggest S&&t. They just put your email in the completed list and never reply.
We people could litreally sue them for this Cancellation charges.
There should be some solution for this. This is so ridiculous. Chat Bots do tha Cancellation og your Orders. Duhh?!
Also, the prices are high compared to any other platform additionally Platform Fee and Delivery Fee is insane.
Please do not use Swiggy.

Horrible service and cheating service from Swiggy-
I order food today with order Id: ************** but they delivered cold food which was cooked in the morning or noon and quality of food was worst. I served that food to street dog but dog also denied to eat. I interacted with swiggy customer care but their service is horrible instead of solving this issue they suggested me to put bad reviews against the restaurant from where I ordered food.
Did you saw their policy, if you could not pick up the call they dont deliver at your address & take full amount of money. Wow what a cheap company...Please order on your risk buddies. My whole amount they took for their non delivery.

I have ordered my first order on swiggy with correct delivery address but due to tech issues or your system glitch location get auto changed and also your team cancelled my order without informing me anything & not refunding my amount of 241 rs. Last time I was chatting with Sadiq from chat support, really his behaviour & support very bad,

Pathetic services. For the first time ordered on swiggy as few items were not available on blinkit. But to my surprise, delvery boy said to me that he will cancel the order if i will not come downstairs to collect the order.

My daughter placed an order of more than Rs.600 today on swiggy. The delivery was incomplete. It is the second time this cheating has happened

Recently we were in Puri and ordered food from Fisherman's kitchen worth Rs.1914 and when the food was delivered we discovered that 2 items worth Rs. 347 are missing, immediately I raised a complaint with Swiggy and as per their instructions sent images of the items received. Called the restaurant also and they said that they are aware and they will refund the money but sorry to say nothing happened. Since then I have been following up with Swiggy and today they sent a mail stating that the can't do anything and offered me coupon worth Rs. 66. It is a joke I think and the company is run by bunch of Jokers. I don't know what to do and who to approach because they are a big company but indulged in sheer cheating the consumer. You can't trust them anymore because once the money is paid you may not receive any food.
Another instances with them, I booked for genie to pick up some sweets for my friend and deliver to his address. The delivery guys refused to pick up the sweets and Swiggy deducted hefty fine and refunded few Rs. Being a Non Resident I could not do anything but had to forfeit the money for the sweets as well as Swiggy fees.
I am done with them for good but advising others to think twice before using their service anymore. Do you want to make a cheat richer?

Despite sending them pics of what I ordered and what I received - a double chocolate cake vs. a white cake, they refused to do anything with the bakery and/ or refund my money. Ridiculous and unacceptable!

My Rating for swiggy is zero. No timely food delivery. The delivery guys cooks up stories and the food do not get delivered. And if you call up help desk...they just say we will refund...end of story

I ordered veg hakka noddles but one of the restaurant delivered it with some chicken pieces on that customer service provider saying me that he is not able to see chicken pieces in the food
Delivery address pin was picked up automatically which was not correct and did not allow me to make the change. I spoke to the executive and asked her to correct it. 'Namaira Sheikh' confirmed its corrected and food will be delivered in 10 mins. After a lot of chasing post 45 mins delivery executive said he cant deliver because address is too far. Customer service called and said pin and address doesn't match. So after 1 hour 20 mins I was left with no food and additional frustation. Swiggy services are deteriorating. Better to cook maggi than to order from these loots.
I placed an order with burger King on 5th june and later I received a call from delivery boy Lakhwinder Singh who Don't now how to speak with the customer and reached wrong address. Later I received a call mentioning that they don't deliver the item at my location it's far away, if you don't deliver at my place then why you took the order and the lady in the call center cancelled my order charging me cancellation fees for their own mistake. I was embarrassed infront of my friends just because of incompetent service. (Your Swiggy order #*******168 has been cancelled. You will be charged a cancellation fee for restaurant services of Rs 387.0. We hope to see you order again soon.). Never use this service

Very pathetic service. The app takes wrong location and cancels itself and charges whole amount as cancelation fee. If they want to cheet people and want easy money why be in service sector go and loot people all the best.
