The suit I ordered had a very odd fit, not at all to size. NO customer service when trying to return it. I stopped payment on my credit card. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

After Months of fighting with this company I was given a very unofficial address to return the merchandise.

Refund came only after negative reviews went up.

I ordered a bathing suit from IG from this company. It took 2 months to get the fabric is horrible and the fit is comical. Good luck returning. It will cost you over $20 to return a bikini that you paid $33 for- depending on item and a crap ton of paper work- do not waste your time or money. It's a total scam. They want you to buy this garbage knowing their 75% refund is still making them money. SCAM I wish I looked into this damn company so pissed.

I received my order many weeks later from China. The suit is defective - no stretch ability at the bust seam so no possibly of pulling up passed the hips.
To get the return instructions is like pulling teeth and finally gives you the shipping address to Spain for the customer to pay.
This is why they offer you to keep the item that will go straight to the trash for 75% cost.
It is a scam and unfortunately I didn't see it coming. Please don't waste your money.

I ordered three bathing suits, following their size guide. All three suits did not fit and I am not an overweight individual. When I initiated the return process - it was ridiculous to even try. Because of their shady practice, I would have more than likely been charged "fees". OF course they cannot tell you what the fees are prior to making the return. The ridiculous return hassle definitely was not worth the extra money and time I would have to spend to return these crappy suits. I will just donate them to a tiny toddler to wear.

Wrong product was sent and yet they forced me to pay for return shipping (international!) I should not have to pay for their mistake.

Takes months to arrive, horrible quality and wrong size. Can not return either. Ordered a medium and it would only fit a tiny 12 year old. Material is unknown crap. Threads are hanging all over it.

Very poor experience with this site. I ordered 3 bathing suits. The suits come from China, it took 25 days for two to arrive and I still haven't received the 3rd. The suits are Poor fitting and short-waisted. The site says "easy returns" but this is not true! You have to be approved for the returns by taking pictures of the suits and then you are responsible for shipping price back to China. This site is diceiving and not worth it! Stay away

This company is clearly based in China and uses bots as their customer service. I purchased three bathing suits that were poor quality and the sizes were completely off. I purchased mediums and they were all extremely small.
When I went to the return the items, they said "order not found." I am still in the process of trying to return the items and receive a refund. I receive a response from a bot everytime and they tell me to send photos and then I never receive a reply. Do NOT purchase items here.

This company is an absolute scam of a company!
Photos on website and Instagram are of swimsuits professionally made and designed!
What you get is something else cheap nasty Chinese knockoffs which are nothing like the photos!
Read all the reviews on the various websites and note Instagram and Facebook anything negative is removed so only positive comments remain.
You can't return these items and you can't contact this company in any way they refuse to let you return the items simply by making their website miraculously close down every time you process the return.

The worst quality product I have ever seen.
The bathing suit has zero elasticity in it and threads hanging from everywhere. It is a piece of absolute garbage. It is something a child would sew together.
Despite their stated return policy, the company has completely ignored my requests.

If I could give a -1 star that would be generous. I ordered 2 items for my 5/8/19 vacation. I placed the order on 3/29/19... Today is 5/5/19 and STILL have not received my order! I contacted customer service which was absolutely USELESS! All the responses were the same, but with different fake cheesy customers service rep names, saying " we are sorry to hear this, here is your tracking number etc." which tells me the same information I already knew and thus contacting them for... If by the grace of god I ever get my order I now have NO DOUBT it will be poor quality and nothing like they advertised in the picture. After reading the reviews (wish I had done prior) There is no hope for my money back... I will NEVER order from another dishonorable thieving company in China... Lesson learned! Cant trust China to be anything more than disgraceful and dishonorable

Totally appalling service. Products arrived months after order and when received really poor quality. Sent back for refund after many emails and now no refund! Scam!

Another online business quick to charge my credit card but not quick to deliver, its been 3 weeks and I get a feeble response from Customer Care that my swimsuit is in Beijing. How does it help me when I am in Melbourne. A bad experience and I would not recommend this Site. Buyer Beware - when something appears to be amazing value there is usually a catch. I cannot give an opinion on the product as it is nowhere to be seen, I would like my credit card to have that money credited please...

Arrived - the worst, coarse, toxic smelly polyester, cheapest worst quality from China I've ever seen in my life!

No help from SwimLemon to trace my order. They no longer reply to my emails when ask for assistance to track my order. So-called "Gene Kelly CEO" and "Julliett Customer Care" must be phantoms. No reply/help from them. No response from my emails.

CHEAP QUALITY. SIX weeks to get my order (China), expect to pay return shipping to SPAIN -go figure!

I ORDERED 3 SUITS ALL EXTREMELY SMALL AND OFF IN SIZING AND THEY ARE REALLY CHEAP/HORRIBLE QUALITY. WHEN YOU TRY TO EXCHANGE THEM OR RETURN THEY REQUIRE YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS BACK (INTERNATIONAL) AND THE SHIPPING COST MORE THAN THE SUITS. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND WASTE OF MY TIME.

Worst bathers I have ever bought in my life! They arrived, which I guess was a positive, but as soon as I took them out of the packaging I knew they wouldn't fit. I had measured myself and compared that against the sizing chart, but the bikini bottom looked more like an XS instead of a Medium and the bikini top won't do up correctly. They were US$40 which SHOULD convert to AUD$45 but no! My credit card has been charged AUD$56.30. What a complete waste of money and time. All I can do now is spread the word - Buyer Beware - wherever I can and hope these cheap Chinese manufacturers go out of business soon.
