I had a wonderful experience interacting with everyone I spoke to on the phone. They were very patient with me and explained the details of the platform calmly, which helped me get onboard quickly. Throughout our conversation, I felt that they cared for me and it was a really nice feeling. Although I am still a little scared to do things on my own, I'm grateful that I don't have to because of their assistance.

Daniel was very helpful in guiding me through the process of setting up my account. He patiently assisted me with setting up my login and password, as I am not very good with those things. He also made sure to address every issue that I had and provided me with clear instructions for navigating the PC platform and using the necessary programs. I appreciate his help and guidance with my tech issues.

This time around I was prepared. I knew what to expect before jumping into the market. As a beginner its all unknown, although it may seem easy as an outsider. It's not as easy as it seems but my manager Ron Silver made sure to guide me as much as he could. I told him I don't want any surprises on the way, no extra costs or sudden glitches on the trading platform. Ron assured me that this would be a positive experience. I'm hoping that he is right, I'm only 2 weeks in and have yet to make a trade.

I had a negative experience with this company. I believe they engaged in fraudulent activities. They took all of my deposits and did not allow me to make any withdrawals. Fortunately, I was able to find a service called Š K L I N ÈRecoveryCOthat helped me recoup some of my losses. I want to warn others about this scam company and advise them to avoid becoming victims. Please exercise caution and stay away from this compan.

After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to use this platform. However, I decided to give it a try and it hasn't been too bad so far. The sign-up process went smoothly, but I was scared by the initial deposit. When I spoke with my account manager, everything changed for me. He was very helpful and calmed my nerves, which made me feel much better. I plan to continue using this platform.

This company is a scam, I TRULY regret doing any business with them. You will not gain anything from it, all they will do is try to steal your money from you. They did the same with me, I reported them to a company that deals with Fraud and they helped me get my money back from them. I joined about 5 weeks ago and they just won't to get full access to my phone and computer
When l first signed up and gave them some money there was no mention of this
Now they say there going to close my account if l don't give them access
I have told them to email the instructions to me of but off course they won't nothing to do with that.

I am a pro trader. Working with few accounts with different broker. When I first signed up with Sydney FX, I tested it out on demo accounts with low risk settings and even tried it on some of my funded accounts. The results were fantastic, and I successfully passed both phases. Now that I am using it on Live accounts, it is still performing just as well :)

My overall experience was decent. Setting up my account took a little more time than I expected I was then assigned Max Wilsons as an account manager, following that we had a phone call sort of going through the general guidelines and understanding the goal of this firm to its clients.
We set up our next phone call and if I feel ready enough to trade then we'll get on that and if not we will work on analyzing the market and its trends.

I find this platform to be great and easy to understand in terms of how concept trading works. It offers terrific opportunities for people who are looking to obtain a funded account and it is also very fair. There is no pressure to trade every day or are any specific targets required to be achieved by certain days

Coaxed into some AI Financial trading via an advert. These seem to suggest financial disagreements between celebrities (Chris Tarrant/Eammon Holmes & Zoe Ball/Ben Shephard etc) which have links to the Sydneyfx.io platform. With a few details you are given a call to determine your financial means and then if you are worth pursuing an Account Manager will take over. I was ashamedly coaxed into depositing the minimum and they tried to convince me that my money was instantly operating with a proiper trading site. On reflection, none of this was true and was later told withdrawald were through a crypto account! Tried to close my "account" within 24 hours and get my deposit returned. Passed from pillar to post - change of Account Manager, Senior Manager (both with no contact), change of account, user name, password, etc. by the them. But no joy. They are con artists STAY WELL CLEAR!

Transactions on the Sydney FX platform can be completed in a more efficient manner. Maybe the problem was on my side but the two transactions I made took time to be confirmed and that's something I personally don't like.
I'm weighing the pros and cons of this firm but to be honest it's a no-go for me if transactions are not instantly confirmed. Maybe they will see this review and make a change. #transactionconfirmationtime.

From the first call with my account manager I had a great feeling about the firm. Michael sucre and I put together a trading schedule that best suited me and we went according to that. We had a scheduled phone call once a week whether I made a trade or not.
There was no pressure or right or wrong decision. Each trade I would make was thought through and Michael knew this is how I went about my journey.

Fake names, lack of transparency, off shore company, unregistered, not trustworthy. This company spells disaster and it needs to be avoided. I lost $0000. I asked them to make my total balance available to me and they stopped communication with me, my emails and phone calls are ignored but they want more deposit from me with no good reason given. My situation was devastating but i did not give up on my effort to get my money back, i got withdrawal assistance and my case was resolved. SydneyFX is not safe for investment. I lost my money to their trading platform. I was able to withdraw my frozen asset with the helb of NATHANRECLAIMLLC. Com, legal assistance got my funds back

I have to say all the tools and features on this platform caught me off guard. I got overwhelmed at first, not knowing which path to take. My account manager David Miller put things into perspective. Many of the features provided are for people who are looking to be a hands-off. Thankfully I have the time to invest in my trading career.
David walked me through the platform and explained to me the importance of the features, chat options, mt5 platform, along with the different account types offered. I now have a better picture of things. Just here to let you all know that it can be overwhelming at first but the mentos at Sydney FX can help simplify things to your specific circumstances. I first invested with Sydney FX on 19th December having somehow been directed to their website whilst researching auto trading. I invested the minimum $250 and was allocated an Account Manager called Jeremiah Michaels. Initially I felt comfortable and was shown various aspects of trading. I opened an auto trade using the MT5 platform and started to make small profits each day. My Account Manager encouraged me to invest more monies and started to talk about investing in Gold and Bitcoin. I invested more funds and continued to show good profits using the Auto trade facility. My Account Manager started to be more forceful during our calls encouraging me to invest in Bitcoin using leverage on a manual trade. I voiced my concerns but over a period of weeks I began to feel pressured as a result of phone calls and WhatsApp messages. On 30th January 2024, I had a telephone conversation with Jeremiah Michaels during which his attitude changed considerably when I would not transfer more funds and open a trade with Bitcoin. Over time I had began to question the legitimacy of Sydney FX and as a result of this call decided to close all open trades and requested to withdraw my money from my account. On 31st January I received a WhatsApp message from Michaels stating he understood how I felt and that we needed to have a short telephone conversation to validate my request. I had a phone conversation and Michaels where he stated he would contact the finance department who would then transfer my money. Around 15 minutes later I received a further call from Michaels stating my money could not be transferred as I had entered into a verbal contract with the company to buy Bitcoin and that they had reserved a trade position for me. He stated I needed to transfer more money to my account. This is totally untrue and reaffirmed my suspicions about the company being involved in fraudulent practices. At no time was the word contract used during any conversation and I have never been asked if I wanted a position to be reserved. This is a false claim clearly made in order to retain my money without my authority. No trade was opened by the company on my account. I have sent numerous e mails to Sydney FX support and made three attempts to close my account and withdraw my balance, all have been rejected. Sydney FX support have sent two short e mails stating a Manager has been trying to contact me suggesting I had blocked their number, This again is totally untrue. On Thursday 29th February, I received a call from Jonathan Moore stating he was a Manager and wanted to discuss my account. He set up an appointment to call me at 0930 hours on Sunday 3rd March 2024. I have not received a phone call from him. I am now aware that this company is unregulated despite their claim on another review. People please DO NOT have dealings with this company they are a SCAM outfit. Do your research on the internet and you will find other cases and reviews similar to mine. Please contact me if you need to verify anything stated here, I have proof of everything including WhatsApp messages, recordings, and e mails. I am quite sure like in other reviews that this company will attempt to remove my review by making more false claims in order that they can continue to trade and defraud others.

Two weeks into my account set up and only made my first trade today. No pressure from my assigned manager or from the firm. They leave the decision up to you but provide you with the right tools to succeed.
PROs - Fees on the platform are pretty low and there are no hidden gems its all transparent, seems like they have nothing to hide. I waited two weeks to make my trade in order to check all these points. This firm is great for starters and hoping to see all my efforts pay off this year. Happy trading to all.
