This company is a complete scam. Beware -- the $500 "10-bit" scheme is in active use on their side and if you change your mind they will impose a $200 fee each way ($400) plus a 10% restocking fee on top of the inflated fake prices they have made up for the "north American" version of the TV. Check out other sites that are reliable and buy from them.

They sold me a tv worth around$1300 for $2000 after saying the original tv I ordered was out of stock. Made up done bull$#*! about a video optimizer and costing more. Picture wasn't that great, over paid. Sent me wrong size hdmi cable. Never sent out another one. Paid for a warranty that doesn't exist! Need to be shut down and fined. Sickening how people can take advantage of people like that!

I purchased a TV for the Superbowl during their "Superbowl Sale". The TV did not show up before the game. It never arrived at all. Phone conversations with the company provided tracking information that was not valid. I requested a refund in numerous emails and phone conversations. Emails were never responded to. On the phone, they told me that a refund would be issued within 24-48 hrs. This did not happen. I called again and was told that they were not sure what was going on and that they ("Danny") would be emailing there billing department about it. I asked to be included in (CC'd) this email but was told that I could not be. They then told me to request a refund through my credit card company. Weeks later there has not been a refund. I have reported this transaction to my credit card company as fraud and I hope to get my money back. If this is a legitimate business then they are all incompetent.

I had the exact same experience with the bait and switch regarding the 8-bit vs 10 bit panel BS. I am actually glad they called to try to up sell me... It gave me time to see these reviews and terminate my order. If it seems too good to be true it probably is.

I thought I was the only one but when I started to research it is clear this site is a scam. I purchased the LG OLED 77" TV back in November 2019 (it is March 2020 now) and after calling numerous times and getting upsold every time I kept getting some excuse on why they have not shipped yet. In the last phone call after I refused to purchase the more expensive unit they were pushing they said that my TV was out of stock, even though their site still showed it in stock and ready to ship in 24-48hours. This is their model they bait and switch, I am just worried that these con artists have my credit card info. I will be filling and informing the FTC about this site.

To anyone thinking about purchasing, please read the other reviews I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to this scam.

This is not a legitimate company. They try hard to sell you something different than what you want and will make up part numbers, so you do not know what you are ever getting. They tell you lie after lie after lie! Please stay away. Just readAll the other reviews!

Same experience as everyone else, placed order, got an email to call and confirm delivery, said the one I ordered was assembled in Korea and didn't have warranty, if I wanted the US model with "10-bit" (BS) panel, ot would be another $500. I asked if they are an authorized LG dealer but evaded the question. Checked with LG and no, they are not, so NOTHING bought thru them will have warranty honored. SCAM!

I've already gave my review of this so called company. Just stay away. Scam. Classic bait and switch. Offer is to good to be true. You get a call saying you ordered a cheap Asian model then try to jack the price up on a better Mexican/US model that has a better bit technology. So glad I was technically educated. What low rent people.

They use low prices as bait; when you place the order, they will send you an email to ask you to call to confirm your order. If you call, they will tell you that the item you ordered is made in Mexico, not in South Korea, and it does not come with manufacturer warranty. If you want the warranty, they will make you pay more. Actually, they won't sell you the TV at the price as they advertised on google, which is way lower than their competitors. Runaway from them as soon as you can, they are SCAMMERS!

I ordered a TV over a week ago, received an order confirmation only. I inquired multiple times via email on order status without a response. Then called and tried to reach sales, customer service on their phone number. After 7 rings for each attempt the line automatically disconnects. I documented my order cancellation and notified my credit card company. Beware.

My order was subject to "review". I got a call saying the tv I ordered had no warranty but for $400 more I could get the same model with a warranty. Bait and switch = I cancelled the order.

I ordered a Samsung TV almost 30 days ago. They called us a week later and wanted to confirm the delivery windows. Also they tried to offer a different version of TV (commercial vs. household) with higher price. I simply requested to ship the item that was ordered. 3 weeks after that with no signs of delivery. Called them up and was told to call back the next day to talk to another gentleman. They said that the original TV was damaged during the shipping and the replacement will take at least 2 more weeks. The bottom line this is all make up story and I ADVISE THAT BUYING FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Would never buy anything from them. I just wish to write this review with Zero Star as they do not deserve even 1 star rating here.

Where do I start?!?! These guys are great at empathy, all show and no go. It took me 60 days of constant communication and constant empty promises to finally give up and attempt to get my money back. Here is the timeline.

No physical address, no reviews on their website, all evidence of a less than scrupulous business. These guys are trying to get every dollar out of you, and will do everything it takes to get your dollar. They are very nice about it, but it is what it is.

Ordered TV. Only to hear back what seemed to be a good deal wasn't. I ordered the " 10 bit", and that it would be an additional $1,000 to get the right TV. Still better than going to Best Buy, so OK. Did that.
Then, Christmas came and went, New Year's came and went, then Superbowl came and went, with no TV. Excuse 1. Holiday demand. Excuse 2. You must live in a rural area (I guess Chicago is rural these days compared to New York. Excuse 3. We had to reship (only to learn these TV's come from a distribution center in Indiana or Iowa and not coming from New York. Excuse 4. Next Tuesday, Promise. (Delivery is always going to be next Tuesday). Ten times of hearing this later, I set an internal deadline of not this Tuesday I am just going to cancel.

Well, to this date they haven't refunded my money (going on 90 days) and just went to Mastercard for the dispute. That got the ball rolling. I am not sure what angle or scam they are running, but will say; stay away. The lure of a good deal was just too great for me, and it comes down to if it's too good to be true, it probably is. This defines SynergyTVs.

Take my review seriously folks and question the positive reviews. It may be feasible they deliver what they say at the price they say, but don't count on it.

Order process easy.
We ordered a Sony X950G television from Synergytvs. After extensively searching on-line, we found their price to be the lowest. The order process was very easy and the TV was delivered in the promised time frame. I would definitely recommend SynergyTVs and make purchases from them in the future.

I bought an LG tv on December 1st and they said I would receive it the latest by the 16th of December. Now that day passed and on the 20th they send me a text message to confirm for delivery date. I confirmed but on the day of the delivery they didn't show up... after calling three different delivery companies (Am trucking and other) they said they don't have an item for my address. I wanted my TV for Christmas but I wasn't getting it after all. Finally they found my item but by this time I wanted to get it from any retail stores... then they have the audacity to tell me if I don't want their item I will get charged $200.00... Very unprofessional and a scam... stay away from this

Terrible. Purchased the 65" LG C9 in November 2019 and was given the runaround until finally I asked them to cancel the order at the end of February 2020.

1) They try to scam you by saying that the TV you purchased for $1499 is a Korean version vs American version. The cost for the USA version is an additional $350. I fought them on this and showed that on the website it is supposed to be the USA model with correct product code. They finally agreed to ship the correct model at the price I paid, but waited 3 months.

2) They had no updates for me apart from when I placed the order to let me know they couldn't yet fulfill the order. They kept me in the dark for 3 months and I had to reach out to them once a week for 8 weeks before I just got fed up and asked them to cancel the order.

3) They sold who knows how many TVs and STILL advertised on their website a 24-48 hour in-stock shipment time, but when I pressed them on when was the last time they received a shipment from the manufacturer, they didn't know and couldn't pull up the records. Their manager had no answers and it seemed I was always getting the same service representative in shipping with no answers as to what was going on.

4) Buyer beware, this website has not shown ANY legitimacy that they actually sell TVs. They may just be harvesting credit cards and selling the information for all I know. If it's too good to be true, it most likely is. They advertise cheap TVs, but they don't deliver, so it's just a waste of your time.

Same experience as other reviewers here. First it started off with signing a waiver to not get a one year warranty for the TV. I agreed so it then went to the fact that the $1499 price was for a TV manufactured in asia that was 8 bit instead of 10 bit. He said the color pixels where in the millions instead of the "billion" listed in the specifications on their website. By the way the tv specs and description identically matched the others listed at the big box stores for $2099(LG OLED65C9PUA). False advertising as well as bait and switch. He offered me the tv advertised on their website for $1899. I asked him if he could hear me ok and I then told him I was not buying anything from him. I really couldn't believe he had the nerve. Next stop Google review, BBB, and Consumer Reports.

Ordered a Sony 85x950G. It had not shipped so I phoned the company, spoke to Will. He explained the model I had ordered was from Korea while Sony's manufacturing is in Mexico. He explained that the Korean model had n 8-b it color panel instead of the 10-bit version which Sony sells. Too shady. Canceled order. FYI, there is a 2014 version of this set 85x950B.
