Don't buy they lie. Take your money immediately and 40 days later no shoes. Pay full price and another website sells 20 dollars cheap. I am having the bank go after them also. It sucks. Cant wait to see what they send me if it ever comes. They says has been shipped. You cannot follow the shipping numbers it says that it don't exsist. Never Never again

I ordered these sandals 3/31/19, received them on 6/15/19. They are of very poor quality, they have a strong chemical smell, definitely vinyl or plastic material. Not worth $35. They were not even in a box, they. Shipped in a plastic bag with Chinese or Japanese writing. Now I am getting the run around for my return. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered.

Finally received my ordered shoes. Cost me $50.00aud definitely Not worth that! Cheap. Nasty. Made in China crap. Wore for 1 hour. Cracked across as in picture. Do Not buy from Teacalgary! Have emailed for refund... what a surprise! No answer!

If I could give negative stars, it would negative 10 or more. Total scam. They take your money as soon as they receive your order but don't ship until 5-6 weeks later. I tried cancelling my order but I received a "canned" reply about their order processing band shipping timeline. I disputed the charge on my credit card, initially as "items not received". But those bastards shipped my order! Don't get me started on the crappy product. I changed my dispute to indicate seller unresponsive and refused return/cancellation. I informed both my bank and PayPal of the scam. Hopefully PayPal will stop providing services. I've included photos of the cheap sandals and packaging it came in (from a local warehouse, no less)

Do not purchase this poor quality product. They also add crappy products that you never authorized & debit your account, with no authority to do so. Guarantee is not honoured. No contact for a customer service representative... e-mail only with foreign reps. This kind of

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Received a product nothing like what I ordered.
Made of cheap plastic, left and right shoe not the same size, and sole is hard as a rock.
Paid $40 and the only thing they say is "we can give you a $8 credit on your next purchase".
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After multiple inquiries and 2 months later, finally got tracking information, which showed me that shipment had been returned to sender. Per USPS, suite number was left off delivery address, so delivery couldn't be completed. After getting further run-around from Tea Calgary (offering to re-ship if I pay a re-shipping fee!), I have filed a claim against them with PayPal.

The reviews are right! This company should be put out of business. Got fooled into ordering because it was advertised on Facebook. They took my money from PayPal immediately, and have not sent the shoes. Tried to cancel on the same day I ordered, they do not even follow the website's stated procedures. They have e mailed two different tracking numbers with two different shipping dates. I will never order anything advertised on Facebook again. Filed a complaint to paypal with no resolution as of yet, (hopeful but not counting on anything) How can this company stays in business after ripping of so many? I was duped! Lesson learned!

The summer sandals I recently ordered from Teacalgary/Conybebe arrived after a long while (from Hong Kong) in a thin plastic bag with just an elastic band holding the shoes together inside. The elastic caused a permanent crease on the top vamp of each sandal. The cheap material is also very uncomfortable between the toes. I contacted them multiple times to request a refund and return label. Finally they offered me a store credit for a portion of what I paid for the shoes. That is no good as I will never buy anything from them again. Cheap, inferior Chinese products - if you buy from them, you will likely regret it. They do not honor their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" statement. Awful!

How foolish of me! From the company name, I assumed they were in Canada... wrong! This company is in Hong Kong! Upon receiving my order, they immediately took my money. Then I had the privilege of waiting more than 5 weeks! Packing method insufficient protection for the shoes. I contacted them 3 times when it went more than 30 days. I was told to be patient. The quality was so poor. Made in China. Instead of leather, it was made of thin, cheap plastic. Too much money for that nonsense. Must agree with others... total scam! Do Not deal with this company!

After months the sandals arrived. They looked homemade and nothing like the photo. They fit so badly that I can't even wear them. I am average sized but these shoes where made to fit a giant. All vinyl and very painful for the feet. It was advertised that they help repair bunions but I would say they would make them worse. A complete waste of money.

I bought sandals from their website, it was in $usd so i thought they were coming from america and they offer paypal so i thought i could trust them, woaah was i wrong, they dont answer emails, they send crap shoes that arent even worth the postage they charge you, the shoes they sent were not even the ones i bought, absolute rubbish, now im trying to get refund from paypal but i too have to be scammed out of more money by paying for return post, absolute scammers, if you teacalgary are reading this you are nothing but scamming thieves with no conscience. BUYERS BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE offering paypal does not guarantee you wont get scammed.

Ditto on the previous dissatisfied comments. Very poor quality. Will not purchase from popup adds again.
Did not know they were coming from China. No paperwork inclosed to give return instructions. Emailed them with no response on return instructions. I returned to shipping address. Have postal receipt showing the return was received. They are saying I did not return it to proper address. Paypal will not back me up and say they will not refund me my $54.00. Have never been scammed like this before.

Extremely poor quality, sizing and fit. Impossible to obtain a refund and no paperwork provided when you eventually receive your order as where to return them if you are dissatisfied.

Ordered shoes at wife's request on May 6th. Twenty-one days later they haven't arrived, but the company was quick to charge us. PayPal also seems uninterested in shutting down their relationship with this business, so shame on them too.

L ordered 2 pair of sandals they were not as advertised and are refusing to take them back unless l pay postage. BEWARE. This company is a sham. They told me to give them away and they would give me $5 off my next purchase, they are having a laugh.

Like many others, I don't even want to give one star - this company took six weeks without communicating, so I asked when my order was likely to arrive because I was due to go on holiday. I believe their email replies are computer generated as that is the only way to explain why they are complete nonsense. I think I established that the shoes had not been despatched, so I told them to cancel the order on several occasions subsequently because I had needed to buy other shoes anyway, due to their incompetence. They now say that the shoes have been despatched and cannot be cancelled - more poor English and evasive nonsense. I cancelled in plenty of time and will be taking the matter further as soon as I get the go-ahead from my bank. Appalling customer experience!

I have to admit I was scammed. Ordered sandals under the impression I was ordering in Euro sizing... NOPE! Chinese sizing! Took money immediately through paypal and 6 weeks later after 4 emails to them got the cheapest and ugliest mismatched sandals I have ever seen. Went through PayPal to file a claim because there was no response from HELP.PP or CStcalgary and got the run around and got a bogus chinese wearhouse to return sandals at my expense. PayPal was of no help to be honest even after filing a claim and a phone call. SCAM. I'm not done with this. It's only $35 and not the end of the world BUT I won't go down without a fight!

Received sandles. Bad quality and on one shoe the flower was sticking up because of poor pkg. Contacted them and they told me to glue it down. HA! Doesn't work of course! My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM POP UP ADS! I have been burnt twice! LESSON LEARNED!

After having a ridiculous indeed horrendous experience with Teacalgary with similar circumstances as those listed below we contacted our credit card company and instructed them to charge back. I suggest anyone having difficulty with this company do the same.

Beware, FB now has multiple ads for the same shoes in different Company names, but all the sites look like Teacalgary.

I had ordered a pair of size 6 sandals, weeks later I received a pair in size 9. They said they would re-ship them and sent me a $12 Gift Coupon. Then tried to order using coupon, but there was nowhere to apply it. They asked for screen shots of what I saw and I unfortunately completed the new order in error.

Turns out that I am waiting for TWO pairs of sandals. Immediately asked to cancel, no way, too late. Not only that, the replacement of the first pair was allegedly delivered on May 22nd and they refuse to provide a phone number so that I can get a tracking number for Canada Post.

I am now out $112 and have nothing to show for it.

Complete and total Scam.

I really wish that I had seen THESE reviews before I had ordered my shoes. I am still waiting for them. I've been in touch with the company and they say to check both the local post office and FedEx. I ordered them back on May 3rd. Tracking shows they were delivered but not where. Any suggestions?
