We recently used Regi John and Cyndy Bechard from Team Logic IT to help us with a transfer from a local server to a cloud managed server. They were excellent! They know their stuff, get back to you right away, and will take the time to listen to all your requirements and help with planning. I highly recommend them for their knowledgeable and thoughtful partnership as well as their excellent work ethic.
This company is bad news. They hire inexperienced technicians, mostly level 2 technicians that don't know what they're doing. Then to top it off when you complain they fire them, and hire someone who knows even less. To also add insult to injury you find out that your database has been wiped clean because a previous technician disgruntled by the boss has decided to run ransomware on your database, and the backup you had entrusted them with was corrupted. Please avoid Team Logic IT at all costs, it cost me years of my firms work.
