I work as a tech at a local shop in my town and I cant even count how many poor people have been scammed by this place. Their "Virus cleaner" is a bat file that just lists "x is being cleaned" and a loading % until it hits 100, then it generates a random value for how many "viruses" it cleaned. Disgusting scammers.
These people scammed me out of hundreds of dollars for what they said was for lifetime support and security. When I refused to pay them any more EXTORTION MONEY they locked me out of my computer which is now Useless! NOBODY will return a phone call concerning a problem unless they think that they can SCAM you for MORE MONEY! I called the main office and got hung up on.
