This $#*!ty website is the most useless and uninformative piece of modern garbage. I would never in a million years consider any business with this company, as they're simply bad.

I was told by the website that "ctrl+a" does not mark all footnotes in a certain type of document, and then later, in the tutorial, it was explained that to continue with the task at hand, first mark all footnotes with "ctrl+a".
Very disappointed.
I wish they can indicate the author Nationality of the course purchasing before we pay for them. All my purchased are Indians professor or british. Very hard for me to understand the training because of the accent..
Crashes any time you try to change your account settings you will get 5 to 7 emails from them a day selling you things that A. Do not work B. Are useless to anyone that has half a brain STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY
