This $#*!ty website is the most useless and uninformative piece of modern garbage. I would never in a million years consider any business with this company, as they're simply bad.

I was told by the website that "ctrl+a" does not mark all footnotes in a certain type of document, and then later, in the tutorial, it was explained that to continue with the task at hand, first mark all footnotes with "ctrl+a".
Very disappointed.
