“Avoid Telebrands like the plague!”

Avoid Telebrands like the plague! Any website that asks you for your credit card information BEFORE you place your order is really fishy. When we did it, we were over-charged too! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

They offer many products, Ordered Lint Lizard from them 2. 16. 12, $10.99 plus $6.99 shipping for total of $17.98. Rcvd 3. 10. 12, itemized receipt shows same chargers, then shows Sub-Total of $27.98 with no explanation, so I was charged an additional $10 for no reason. Only Cust Svc is 800 number call M-F, no email or additional address or anything. Claim they want you to be 100% satisfied. But, consumer complaint website shows over 200 complaints against them for overcharging, multiple charges for same order, product never rcvd, etc. If I want refund I have to pay to return the product, so either way I'm out $10. Already made report to FTC, but company like this will probably just change their name and carry on. Comsumer complaint site is www.pissedconsumer.com
