“Booked great tickets to the French Open through Championship...”

Booked great tickets to the French Open through Championship Tennis Tours on their site TENNISTOURS.COM and would recommend them to anyone. Got great seats in the lower level Category 1 and saw Nadal play.

HI Tanya. You were issued CTT Dollar credits for your purchase back in 2020 that you can use for any upcoming event. The tournament was restricted to fans in attendance in 2020 and 2021.

I bought ticket for US Open mens finale 2021. Due to US lockdown i was unable to come to states and asked for refund or resell 2weeks prior event. Spoke on phone at least like 5 times plus emails and got same stupid "answers" that it is on process with guy named Mike. It took like 4months and nothing happend. And even more a got stupid answers like the market crashed and they sell tickets on gate for 30 dollars. Like really?! US Open mens finale with totally full stadium and they say this kind ot crap? I paid 450€ for ticket and got NOTHING. Jozef from Slovakia. Avoid them!

At that time I had not yet received my tickets. I was told all the tickets had been sent out. I have not received any of my tickets by email or otherwise. After spending time, energy and frustration while dealing with Mike Bernstein, owner, I did receive two of my three Custom Package. Sometime later the third ticket did arrive and all were from Ticket Master which is customary. However, it can take 24 to 42 hours for the order to be processed. My H section seats were up to the very top. My Q section was up also. For the price I paid I expected better seating. It was unfortunate, however I found a Miami Open contact while at the event and have already booked for 2023. Cannot recommend this company for this event and after reading other reviews I will find others when I go the tennis events.

Not sure what else we could have done for this person. We provided her excellent tickets just as she ordered and secured the accommodations she selected in her custom “hotel/tickets” package. We even provided her complimentary airport to hotel chauffeured meet and greet car service. (No good deed goes unpunished). The package she purchased was just hotel and tickets and she was told she’d receive her tennis tickets when she booked approximately a week before her first day at the tennis. She ended up receiving them 3 weeks prior. Again, not sure what more we could have possibly done or she could have expected.

Purchased tickets for the Montecarlo tennis Masters. Tournament cancelled due to COVID 19. Still awaiting refund, and in spite of numerous promises, no sign of action. Excuses all the way, would recommend staying away from this very unreliable firm.

Bought Cat 1 tickets for the 2022 Madrid Open finals but the price on the tickets were for "After Work" sessions which are not available for the finals, obviously. I was charged for Cat 1 tickets (no surprise there!). CTT gave me the "run around" and avoided the issue. Kept telling, no problem, good to go, etc. Use the official event site or the event sanctioned reseller. Have asked for a refund but not holding out hope.

My concern is that although the tickets show Cat 1, the price on the ticket stub is for the "After Work" category which I believe is evening sessions Monday thru Friday. Obviously there are no evening sessions for the final day sessions. The official site shows 313 euros for Cat 1 final sessions. If these are official tickets from the event why are they showing the wrong price?

Gentleman ordered 2 CAT 1 tickets for the finals and was delivered 2 beautiful CAT 1 tickets for the finals just as he ordered, weeks before the event is to start. We’ve tried to assure in numerous emails that everything is in order and the tickets he has been delivered are authentic and official. He is misunderstanding some of the Spanish language text on the ticket to claim the tickets aren’t valid. It’s ridiculous. I hope this gentleman will have the decency (although I doubt it) to take down this frivolous review after attending the tennis with the tickets he was delivered. Since 1987 our company delivers 100% of the time exactly what our clients purchase.

Bought overpriced tickets to 2020 US Open, which was cancelled due to COVID. Refund reluctantly offered as a last option (minus a hefty service fee) to be paid within "30 - 60 days" after tournament would have been held. Still waiting. No reply to emails.

I purchased a US Open tennis ticket package from Championship Tennis Tours (CTT) as a gift for my wife's 50th birthday.

There was a general lack of information after first signing up for ticket package. I got an email that I had to sign and a request for a down payment, but then no information for months (other than more payment requests). I called several times during the process to get information, but their buisness process left me wondering if I would get anything from them at all.

Two weeks before the tennis tournament began we finally received our tickets, but CTT forgot to include Broadway play tickets that were supposed to be included in the package I purchased. Another phone call and I finally get the play tickets but here's the catch. They are located on the balcony, three rows from the back wall. Happy birthday!

The tennis seating was OK but I wouldn't purchase tickets from CTT again because of their lack of customer service.

My name is Natalia Tchorny. I am writing about my recent experience with the Championship Tennis Tours costumer service. In August 2020 I ordered ticket to Wimbledon 2021 through this company. I paid the full price and got confirmation of my order and payment. At this point the service was excellent.
This ticket is a present for my husband's 60th
birthday
Unfortunately, he was recently diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma which has an extremely poor prognosis. We will therefore be unable to travel to the tournament. Since April 2021 I have been appealing to customer service and Mike Bernstein, president of this company and to Chris Bumford, VP of Operations.
I have called customer service several times and sent messages as well with no reply. When I ordered this ticket I paid service fees and now I am unable to resolve this problem. I would appreciate your help in dealing with this unfortunate situation.

We are working with Nathailie to resell her ticket on consignment. We've been in contact many times. It would be great if she would remove this posting as it doesn't make any sense.

We purchased tickets to the Mutua Madrid open, and paid a VERY heavy premium for what we thought were good seats... only to arrive to our seats that were right at the very back in the corner of the stadium. Genuinely, the broom-closet would have had better views. To give you an idea, the one ticket was priced at EUR8, and we were charged / robbed of USD95 for the ticket. As mentioned to Mike when we notified him of our disappointment, we don't mind paying the premium for GOOD seats, but it feels like we've been hoodwinked paying almost 3 times the price for a very poorly placed seat. Take this as a warning - DO not to use Tennistours.com - you have been warned!
And all Mike can say is that we agreed to their site T&C's, and we received what they sold... but were never offered the opportunity to choose our seats!
Shame on you!

This is ridiculous. The client ordered and was delivered exactly the tickets for 9 different sessions of tennis that she purchased. It's the clients' choice on where they want to sit and how much they want to spend. For most of the sessions this client purchased in fact, they were charged $95, slightly above the face value of the tickets! The only session they were charged a substantially higher price was the finals in exclusive CAT 1, a sold-out event, that has a tremendous amount of demand. Sellers/Brokers set the prices, we are a marketplace. WE ARE NOT THE BOX OFFICE. We make this abundantly clear BEFORE clients can proceed with their purchase. In fact, you have to accept this condition before checking out. You cannot make your purchase without accepting this. We couldn't be more transparent. The secondary market isn't for everyone. Our business is to deliver what clients select. Yes, sometimes tickets are substantially more than the face value. Yet sometimes tickets are sold for less than face value. It's all predicated on supply and demand.

The client only bought tickets for Sessions 1 and 3, both day sessions in the CAT 1 (100 level). They were delivered exactly what they were ordered and then demanded they be given tickets for the evening sessions as well.

This place is an absolute scam. I won't even call it a business because it is far from that.

Do your homework and read about this farce. Be ready for the lowest level of customer service possible and to overpay by hundreds if not thousands of Dollars.

I bought US Open '16 tickets back 8 months before the Open started. I overpaid by $200(I bought nose bleed tickets, can only imagine for the lower bowl tickets prices) and that is if I were to buy the inflated value tickets right now when the tournament just started yesterday... When I tried to speak with CTT about my issue, the President, Mike Bernstein, just laughed at me and said sorry better luck next time. AVOID this place.

They also just had their BBB accreditation pulled on 8/18/16 for similar reasons!

After researching for quite a bit, my conclusion is to NOT buy any tickets from this company.
