They need to be arrested. Never received my order, no contact number or email to reach them at. Even my bank won't refund me, and they usually do.

I read the comment right after I placed my order which amounted to $368 so that I contacted tarcola on Facebook and they responded immediately and refunded me the money. I was scared at the beginning and afraid that they wouldn't respond to my message or cancel my order at all. I told them about what I saw on this website l and they explained to me why. Anyway, I was able to get my money back and thought that I should share my experience. At least their website is not a scam but the shipping might takes a while. I'm not sure about the quality of their clothes so no comments.

WARNING STAY AWAY. They take your money then 120 later you receive nothing and there is no way to contact them. No phone number is available no email is available. When you try to contact them through their website they give you a CAPTCHA (list of scrambled numbers and letters) in order to be able to even send them an email and guess what? It is always wrong so you can never send them an email to find out where your missing clothing is or how to get a refund.

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased from terra queen. Their cloth are the ultimate definition of "made in China". They pretty much fell apart while you are trying to put them on. Such garbage. Right now I'm trying to get a refund and they are are offering me a third of the price. Don't buy anything from them. They do not follow their return policy.

Material is really cheap. The website makes the items look high quality, with the prices being marked down to trick you into thinking you're getting a good deal.

I ordered a jumpsuit which broke the first time I wore it - both buttons fell off leaving me exposed and I had to emergency buy a top when out and about. The material was also really poor quality. I also ordered some earrings which didn't look like their picture on the website.

When I tried to return the items, they told me I'd have to pay the shipping myself - nearly £7 to China! There's no mention on their website of the customer being liable for this cost.

Never order from here.

The pictures on the site are deceiving. The clothing looks like great quality, but it's cheap fabric. Website also tricks you by marking down the price on each item - for perspective, a $50 two-piece set is not even worth the marked down price at $25. Shoes are cheap quality too. In addition to all of that, and the worst part, I placed my order 1.5 months ago and STILL haven't received the entire package... Packages shipped separately - one outfit per set. I only got one package so far. Save your time and money. I promise you won't miss out on anything by skipping over this site.

This company is run by ORDERPLUS INTL HONG KONG HKG. They also own a bunch of other trademarks, look them up and avoid those brands too!

I spent $250 on this site, and I never got 1/3rd of my order. The items I did receive arrived super slow and were absolutely horrific in quality, nothing remotely close to the photos. The $5 stuff from Rainbow or H&M are faaarrrr better quality in comparison, just to give an idea of how poor the quality is.

As one might expect, the refund process is hell. They'll give you every roundabout they can to try to side step giving you a refund. They even attempted to refund me a random amount of that's $120 less than I was owed. I've been dealing with their support for over a month and eventually had to just dispute the charge directly with my bank out of pure exasperation.

Just stay away, what a scam of a company.

It's been a month since I placed my order. Still waiting. Customer support is horrible! They have an automatic replay for all compliance.

DO NOT order anything from terraquee scammer quality is horrible takes at least 6 wks to get merchandise its coming from China fabric color not as seen on websites its garbage!

This site was advertised to me through an ad on Instagram and I ordered one set of clothing through this site and 3 dresses from another site. Got a message that my terraqueen order was coming that day (which I was home for) and there was no ring at my doorbell all day. They then updated the tracking site to "delivered" when I haven't even seen the parcel. I contacted both sites about both my orders and THE SAME PERSON REPLIED TO THEM MEANING THIS OTHER SITE WAS ALSO A SCAM (Tarcola/Tarloco.com). They say in both the emails which I was emailed by Clarisse', that it was delivered "as per my instructions" which I was not asked for any instructions regarding delivery AND they leave a paragraph at the bottom of their email saying the following:

In any case you are not satisfied with our customer support's response, you can file a dispute by going to our Resolution Center:

Your case will be taken care of by our dispute management team in first priority.

They say this, and don't give you a link. They also have Facebook messenger and again I messaged both sites and am still waiting for a response. The tarcola Facebook says they read my first message but haven't replied to them at all.
