I bought a tesvor last year. It's less than one month passed warranty and the company basically told me there is nothing they can do These are not cheap machines and the fact they won't even try and help me get it fixed shows they don't stand by their product. I have changed out the brushes like it says I clean it daily and it just stopped working. I'd check into another brand before buying.

Awful will not answer phone nor answer emails. The product shipped to me was previously opened and has missing parts. Will not respond.

Tolerable. You definitely need to pick up wires,
Loose rugs and dog pillows before the thing runs
Or I may get stuck as it did on the first day. You
Can set the vacuum to operate at any time and
For any duration. Definitely a great product and

Less noisier and more effective than Roomba. It

We bought this Tesvor robot Vaccum a week ago & I am so happy & excited for my purchase! This is the coolest Vaccum ever! When my hubby & I were looking for a robot Vacuum, we knew it is going to be an expensive affair but we always knew how convenient it would be for us. We have 3 little boys & you can imagine what our house (and us) go through! Our boys are amazed by this robot & kept giggling throughout & checking if it really picked up all the crumbs on the carpet & when it did, boy there were excited! O so yes, this does what it has been built to do. Came in great packaging, detailed instructions. The best part is the ease of use!
