The Credit Repair Shop

I signed up for this credit repair company hoping they could help me. My initial contact with Greg was amazing and he had me believing within 90 days I would see a significant change in my credit score. It's been a little over 7 months and basically no change. I looked at my portal and noticed for the past 5 months everything stayed the same. Same amount of challenges, alleged deleted items were the same and most importantly I never received letters from the credit bureaus letting me know about any updates or what was being challenged. I made contact with the company and advised they didn't list my apartment number which could've been the reason, nether the less that never changed. I paid over $550 and had to enroll in IQ identity for an additional $29 a month that provided me absolutely nothing except another bill. I'm not going to bash this company but I'm not happy at all with this company. I was told they will continue to send out letters on my behalf but nothing has been sent out since November 2021. I've paid my credit cards down, I even paid off my car loan for $32k in August 2021 and my credit is worse now before I signed up. I have left several messages and sent emails and no one has responded. Prior to me paying this company off they would respond to my messages within 3-4 business days. I had a lot of faith in this company but unfortunately I'm not happy. I was told prior to calling not to enroll and I should read the reviews first. I figured there's always someone not happy and I figured I would be the one who was but now I know I just donated my money for nothing. I'm expecting a full refund

Credit repair shop rip me off they didn't do any work they took my money and would not refund or remove any negative items from my report and they were very disrespectful and lied repeatedly

Everybody will only want to have a good credit score or increase credit score. "The credit repair shop" helps me the fix bad credit, remove negative credit as well as help increase the best credit score.

This place is absolutely horrible! A bunch of unprofessional, uncaring people.

The owner stated that they require the customer to be engaged in the process in order to see results. I've called multiple times and was promised a call back -that I never received. I had to write a negative review to get a response from these people. I received a phone call from an employee there who basically told me that my account was just sitting there and not being worked on. So for the inconvenience, they would work on my credit for 6 months for FREE. So nice of them to offer me a service that my husband has already paid for but never received. Save your time and your money and call Lexington Law.

This place has extremely poor communication except for getting your initial payment. They were supposed to send out dispute letters and I have no evidence that they ever did. One their portal you can send messages and upload info but the response may take 2 months if they respond at all. Really the only communication is a auto generated email every 1st of the month saying that they are working hard on your file.

I've used this company to help me with a debt collector and so far they have Been helpful with following up in my defense
