“Parts order”

I ordered a part and sent a money order to him. I have not received it yet. He has not returned any of my e-mails. I have reached him on the phone 4 times to inquire if the part was shipped yet. He was very polite on the phone and informed me he would look into it and confirm back to me by email. I have heard nothing back. I just read the other two post on this site and now I'm worried that he is just ripping me off. Not good, I will try and call him again.

Ordered parts two months ago. Cashed check. Never sent parts. Will no reply to emails or phone messages. Looks like I have been ripped off. Do not due business with dealer show room

A friend and i ordered parts from John at Dealer Show Room about 4 weeks past and have received nothing, I have phoned him a couple of times, first time he was out of town due to family sickness(not a problem)2nd call-was behind due to being out of town(ok i ordered a 2nd part add n)2 weeks -nothing called shipping asap sorry will get it out next day 1 more week phoned today-message stated he is not accepting any calls from this number.

On 7th December 2009 ordered items for $72.00 plus shipping and handling at $9.00 for a total of $81.00. Called John D Bush owner of the dealershowroom.com on 11 December 2009 for status of shipment and he mentioned that it would be delivered soon. Called John D Bush on 22nd December 2009 for status of shipment and tracking number. I was told they were at a gun show in California and when they will get back to Oregon on 26 December 2009. I was also told at that time that the item was shipped out on 19 December 2009 and that they would get back to me with shipping tracking information. I never received shipping tracking info. I called John D. Bush on Wednesday 30 December 2009 for shippment status and I was told that he could not find the invoice that the item was mailed out and that he would call me back. John never called back. I called again several ours later and he told me that he could not locate the information on the first package he shipped out and that he was shipping out a second package marked #2 with some extra items to relief the problems his company caused and that it would be shipped out at 2:30 PM when UPS opens. I requested a shipping tracking number be emailed to me and a phone call. Yep you guessed it no phone call and no email. I called again on 31 December 2009 for the status of the shipment. Again an other lame excuse from John D Bush that he was snowed in at an other location. On 31 December 2009 I received my credit card bill and thedealershowroom.com (John D Bush) charged me $87.00 instead of $81.00. John D. Bush other lame excuse for the higher cost was that the shipping charges had changed. Be careful when ordering from John D Bush from thedealershowroom.com aliases D S Sales will charge your credit card a higher amount than what was shown charged on web site an will not deliver the items.
