I ordered 3 keychains for my grandchildren for Christmas...one granddaughter keychain and two grandson keychain. When the order arrived, there was only one granddaugter and one grandson keychain. I contacted Family Gifts immediately. I have called almost everyday and left a message with my name, number and order number. I have also emailed. No response. I am beginning to realize that I will probably not get a response, but I want those reading this to realize that this company is not reliable. Will never purchase from them again and will not recommend to others. Very disappointed.
