.. I was meeting with more than one tour operator for the family trip on the Istanbul trip and contacted Mr. Sebahattin. I interacted with him 30 days before the trip and he helped organize a 4-day trip including a trip to the bursa. He patiently answered all my questions and was honest in his answers, there were no stylish words and a more realistic and affordable price.
Mr. Sebahattin was there to pick up my family from the airport, helped me check the room, made us feel comfortable, helped me get a sim card on the same day, and showed me around the Taksim area despite being late at night.
All-day trips were well organized and nowhere was missed somewhere in the package and checked that everything was ok before and after each trip. Value-added service.
Just before leaving Istanbul, Sebahattin came to meet us.
