I booked a room in May 2012 and was supposed to receive a rebate back to my card within 24 to 48 hrs. This never happened! I called to figure out why this happened, and the answer I got is, "we have a new policy, we send out checks now". Fine, I expected to get it at least a month, NOPE it is almost Jan. 30,2013 and I still have not revived my rebate. The new response I just recently got was EXTREMELY veg and stated in exact words, "Our company is now under new management, and is planning on honoring all past rebates… It will probably be another month or so." WOW talk about wishy washy. "probably", "planning", "month or so". This company is bogus, I simply told them that I want a straight answer, yes or no. No suck luck. They just keep giving me the run around.

Terrible Company. Not to be Trusted.
