I have been going to the lodge with my family for 10 years and never had one bad experience until now. The rudeness I experienced from the new manager Teresa Hess was despicable. I sure wish Kimberly would come back! She had that place running smooth as silk and kept it afloat in my opinion during covid 19. We all miss her. My family and I will not be going back unfortunately if Ms. Hess Continues stays.
