We were at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos for 6 days. We returned last week. When we tried to book spa appointments and dinner reservations on the island, the Concierge would not answer the phone. We called 4 times over 3 weeks. We wrote 2 emails. No answer. Finally we went on l8ne and booked the appointments/reservations ourselves. When we arrived at the Shore Club, we asked to sign up for an hour of private excercise. Nobody knew where we needed to sign up. They sent us to the concierge, who didn't have a clue. They sent us back to reservations, who then sent us to the Spa. They had no idea. Needless to say, it didn't happen. There were only 3 outlets in the hotel room for our 2 computers, headphones, and phones. That was a problem. The TV reception was terrible-the picture kept freezing-and we ended up watching movies off our small screens on our laptops. On the last day it began to rain hard all day and night. When we returned to our room, water was coming down the wall from the ceiling. We called the feint desk, who offered to come look at it. How was that going to stop the water? When we checked out the last day, they didn't offer any resolution to the water coming down the wall in the room. We left with a terrible experience.

Tip for consumers:
We wished the problem we had trying to reach the concierge at the resort, to book reservations for dinner and the spa, would have dissuaded us from going to this resort.
