Extremely bad customer service, they, actually she who is in charge of customer service via email enquiries, is not helpful with any types of questions, and she is just there to reply your emails with shortest answers that don't even answer your questions.
Use other sites and save your precious time.
Got ripped off badly by a supplier on this site. Upon contacting them they didn’t want to hear about my issue. I am now seriously out of pocket. AVOID!
