I had a bad experience with them. They couldn't assist me well and answer my inquiries. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they just transferred me to another department. The second person I spoke to was equally unhelpful and just kept repeating the same script. I eventually gave up and hung up the phone, feeling very angry about the bad customer service I had received.
