This site is a total rip off, paid 7 times the price of a regular ticket, first site that popped up for ticket purchase looks legit but anything than other, I called immediately within 3 minutes of realizing my blunder and they would not cancel tickets. I received tickets with someone else's name on them God only knows how they received them! Learned my lesson the hard way, buyer beware

Order tickets on August 28 for an October 15 show. Still dont have the ticket, apparently won't get it until the day of the show (probably not all) they don't tell you that until they have taken your money. This site should illegal. They are crooks. Don't use them.

I wanted to buy two tickets to take my son-in-law to a baseball game for his birthday. I googled "Durham Bulls Tickets" and this is the site that came up. I assumed (I know!) they were legit and were the authorized ticket outlet of the team. Turns out they are not, they are a ticket reseller. Anyway, I picked out my date and seats - which listed for $28 each, and made my purchase. The total including fees and taxes was $171.46 - about triple the face value - but I was okay paying that. But as soon as I bought the tickets and went to put an entry in my calendar I realized I already had plans at that time. I immediately contacted the company's customer service and asked for a refund, which was flatly refused, so then I asked if I could exchange the tickets for tickets to the game between the same two teams the next day. No. Flat no. Sell them yourself, they said. So helpful.

Incidentally, I went directly to the team's web site and bought similar seats for the game the next day (Sunday vs Saturday) between the same two teams for $56 total.

Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these jerkoffs who are not in business to provide an honest service at a fair price, but rather to scam you.

Tickets-Center.com is a TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE check the box office OR TICKETMASTER first before you buy tickets for any performance, show, game or any other event.
I purchased tickets from Tickets-Center.com not knowing my wife had already purchased them from TicketMaster. Less than one hour later when I found out my wife had purchased them and they were $84.00 less PER TICKET ($50.00 vs $134.00 that's 168% less than what I paid based on the exact same section and row. NOT ONLY that, they charged an additional $100.00+ for service fees and online ticket transfer fees for both tickets. I called Tickets-Center.com to cancel the ones I purchased (NO WHERE DID IT SAY ALL SALES FINAL) and they would not refund my purchase.
