Ticketscenter.com has a rating of 1.0 star from 6 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
This site is an insult to decent, honest, internet services. It scams consumers in a variety of ways. It copies images and information from websites without permission, its return policy is despicable, purposely misleading and unclear, and customers would have a better chance of touching the finger of God than receive a refund.
Tip for consumers:
The site looked legitimate, so I recommend that consumers check and re-check all websites to make certain that they are real!
Products used:
I was given free tickets.
They buy tickets directly from ticket master, double the price and then resell them to you. It's a total scam and major rip off.
Tip for consumers:
4 Tickets that were $320 total cost over $700.
They resold me tickets at 265% the real price. And the venue does not allow 3rd party resellers, so the tickets were fake. Caught it just before the event and frantically fixed the problem. Spent several hours getting my money back. Oh, and they set up recurring payments on my credit card without mypermission. Low lifes.
Deceptive pricing, numerous reports to the Better Business Bureau, they have hidden/disabled Google reviews so easy for consumers to become victims + no way to leave Google review to warn others. I called them to discuss them charging me over 4x the cost of the tickets I purchased and was told "too bad."
I bought tickets to see Stevie Nicks on April 8th, 2023. They rescheduled for March 9th. The week of the concert I received a text that my electronic tickets were in my email. I checked everywhere in my inbox, spam, searching for Stevie Nicks Billy Joel tickets, nothing was there. Two customer service reps told me to go to two different websites, Seatgeek and AMS, neither of which presented the concert tickets. I had emails and texts both saying they transferred tickets to me but there were no tickets with a barcode, only an order summary. A simple matter of emailing me concert tickets turned into a week on the phone with customer service reps directing me to different websites that weren't necessary.
This company should not be allowed to exist. Negative 5 stars.
I paid $176 for a ticket and just found out that ticket master has the same ticket for $55. Also they sold me a ticket in a row that doesn't exists.
