This website is great, $1 shipping. Great for teens, because I always dislike the fact that I have to worry about shipping since I don't have a job & I don't want waste money on shipping like that. Their stuff are great, I don't know why people say their stuff are always outta stock, because when I'm on there I get everything I want (: Great website.

Bought rings + an hoodie there, took more than 2 months to deliver! I asked them how long it would take to ship, replies with "14-25 days." and it took more than that. When I got

Would not buy from them again.

It's a good website. There's a bunch of cute items, really cheap. Shipping is only a dollar! However, if your purchase is over 14 oz. They ship parcel post, which sucks- because I had to wait a really long time. (I'm very impatient). I ordered from another website a week after ordering from ToFebruary and it got to me before any of my orders from ToFebruary. So that was a major downside. Then there's also the fact that majority of their items are sold out. I get it that they have a limited amount of items, but they just leave the item on their website to taunt you. And also, it's not very clear on when they'll restock or if they will ever. But despite that, I love their items, they are very cute- not only do they have clothes, but jewelry, accessories, and so forth. So they have a wide variety! Definitely should check it out.

I only bought jewelry from this website over a year ago. I had an okay experience. The shipping cost is only $1 and it arrived within a week. However, once my order was received and I saw they sent the wrong item. They apologized and let me keep the earrings and sent the one I originally purchased. I thought that was nice.

However the price of the items I'm seeing on this website are pretty outrageous. They're selling a hoodie for $85 when you can buy it for $15. $49 for another when I bought the exact same item for $11 at another website. I will not purchase from tofebruary anymore if they keep up these extremely pricey costs.

Overall, the style of the website is really adorable and they are reliable if you are willing to spend the money!

First things first: My jewelry was cheap and looked to be bought and resold from china for way lower than price. On various items, I had price tags for 30-50 cents yet I paid 10 bucks! Ridiculous. I'm alright with fake merchandise but heck I have to be paying the price that's worth it!

My biggest issue is the overpricing and the way we can only see certain reviews. I'll change my review if I'm wrong about that last part but all I can say about this site is it feels deceitful. Though I didn't hate all my purchases I hated the price and the fact that the quality did not resemble the picture. Shipping cheap though; however, if you were to buy from them I wouldn't go on a shopping spree.
