I ordered a $900 belt to be expedited, and two days later, I still had no tracking for it. I was lied to for three more days. I called to cancel, and I indeed got refunded as manager said she didn't know where my item was. Two days later, I got billed again and had to call complaining and wasting my time again. I am still pending my refund. Horrible nightmare dealing with this company directly.

Beware of ordering online!

Dear Mr. Ford
I wanted to thank you for my beautifully designed, constructed and executed dress. I know it wasn't specifically made for me, but it feels like it. (Lol). I am sure you get these notes all the time but it's a first for me.

Tip for consumers:
I am a 50+ woman 5’3”(not a model by any means,lol). Mr Ford’s dress fit beautifully, constructed meticulously, and the fabric was truly the best quality.

A Tom Ford aftershave went lumpy, never seen anything like it before, Customer Service couldn't care less and just argued, kept telling me to call again or write to someone else.

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend. She likes it. And I like it too. It seems to have a deeper blend of spices with just enough of floral in it.

I was lucky to be gifted with an item belongin' to Tom Ford's brand and been wearing it for over six years already. Probably highest quality item ever of my wardrobe.

I've been a huge Tom Ford fan since the 90's. The man himself can do no wrong, and the site is beautiful. This is the reason for 3 stars instead of 5: he recently came out with a fragrence that is so risqué I can't even print the name here. It was released as a limited edition only available on his site and his boutiques. Their return policy with beauty and fragrence items is you can't return them if they've been opened, which is fair. The problem with this fragrence is that if you don't live near one of his few boutiques, you have to order it on their website. They will not send you a sample to try it first, so the only way to see how it smells is to open the bottle. If you don't like it then, you can't return it. How ridiculous is that? I know plenty of high end perfume companies that will get you a sample, like Creed. I'm sure if they're selling bags and shoes for hundreds and thousands of dollars, they can afford to offer tiny samples. Stupid move. I'm sure they'd more than make up for the minuscule cost of a sample by selling more full size bottles. I'm a perfect example, I live 2 hours from the closest boutique and really wanted this fragrence, but I'm not buying it because of this.

I ordered a $500 eye-glass frame from their website. A few day later, they delivered to me an empty eye-glass's box. What a ridiculous situation! We emailed and call their customer service, they said they need to do some investigation with their delivery provider to be able to process our case. One month later, without any further communication from them, we called them back. They said another department have already the case opened and still working on it. They asked us to wait for 4-6 weeks more. Time flies, and they still be hiding somewhere. Their service's strategy is maybe TIME CAN FIX THE ISSUE ITSELF, and time can make their clients forgetting or giving up the case.
What a bad service for such a brand like this. They ruined their image. Totally disappointed!
I wish I could give them NO STAR.

AVOID tomford.com! WORST WEBSITE experience online shopping! They cancel my ordered $. 941.00 without reason! Waste of my time. What's kind of your business? Highly recommend to all people must direct shopping online at Macy's.com. Price the same, you will receive many complimentary gifts and super fast shipping.
