Sending second-hand clothes instead of new clothes
I bought two t-shirts from them, one of them looks second-hand and old, I called customer service and even sent a photo via email.
They don't pay for the postage, they don't even change the material, and I have to personally pay the cost of sending their second-hand clothes. Please don't buy discounted items from their website, your money and time will be wasted

After three weeks of purchasing sandals they came unglued! I went back to store with receipt the girl at the store said that because they have been used she couldn't do the return even with a receipt! I called the 1800 customer service line she had the audacity of saying it was past 30 days. Can't do a return! I bought the sandals 8/13 today is 9/17.
The sandals came unglued over a week ago! I live 30 minutes away from their store location! She expected me to go exchange the day of? Crazy thinking! This company has poor service! Poor quality of material! This will be the last time I buy at Tommy Hilfiger.

I ordered sneakers from Tommy Hilfiger. The order which I got was wrong because I received shoes only for the right foot. It is a pity that Tommy provides a very poor quality service as now I need to waste my time returning my order. It was my last time when I ordered something here.

I ordered a pair of booths and they have been delivered after nearly 10 days (it was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days)
I was traveling on the day that the parcel was supposed to be delivered and the courier declared the parcel delivered and also said I did sign for it, which was impossible as no one was home at the time! I emailed them the flight tickets with check-in done and also the hotel booking as I was in Singapore for work at the time and the customer service at Tommy said it is not their fault if the courier did leave the parcel in another place or it got lost. Contacted the courier and they kindly replied that as a recipient I cannot send a claim and it is the sender/retailer that has the responsibility to do it. Contacted Tommy customer service again and they said the case is closed and they don't want to deal with this if I wish to bring my case further to report it to the local police.
This is the lowest customer service ever and I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them ever as if the items get lost they disappear as they don't have the ability to deal with people. Such bad customer service, and also rude and disrespectful.
I want to go further with this as the parcel is lost and I want my money back.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice as I want these rude people to pay for their incompetence!

Reply they will never do. I been waiting 4 weeks for my Parcel.
I try to contact somebody and that is a mission.

I bought products from Tommy Hilfiger for about £500 and I recieved half of them. When I disputed, their investigation result was that they've sent all of the items. They won't send the missing items and neither refund the money back. I contacted my bank to get the money back and police for fraud.

Ordered some Tommy Hifiger shoes from DSW.
Very economical, fashionable and functional.
Were sold out. But fortunately they were back in stock right away.
That's knowing how to keep your customers happy!

These sheets are still full of lint after 20 washes. I have to clean out the lint trap every 15 minutes of drying.

I've contacted the company and they have responded but have yet to offer compensation.

I shopped at their website for several times and were over all happy with the experience. However be aware that the OUTLET exclusive items have poorer quality than regular ones

After washing my brand new TH towels, the seams came undone!:-(

I have placed several orders online at their website and some items come in the wrong size. They are labeled the right size but they are very small. I just donate them but this time I really wanted the shirt so I called the company to reorder at the same price that I paid for it and they said no. They would refund me then I had to pay a higher price because the sale was over. I think that is a scam. They send unsatisfactory merchandise that I donate which saves their company money because they do not have to pay to pick it up and then they want me to pay a higher price to get the same shirt in the right size. I order online all the time and have never had a company do that. I will never order from this company again.

The last purchase at TH was puffer. However, I usually come over the "sale" section to search for some interesting stuff. It's a pity sometimes there is a truly colorful and good-looking thing like shirt, but my size is unavailable.
I don't basically complain about it, because I know what sales serve for, so I just search something in the section with typical to TH prices. They aren't high, they are average, but for the quality you receive buying stuff from Hilfiger, it's the best on the market in my opinion.
