I really like the underwear and have worn them 10 times which also means I've washed them 10 times. Upon pulling them out of the dryer after their last washing, I notice the entire seat is ripped out! I'm never hard on my clothes, so I assume I have a faulty product. These were purchased at Dillards. I tried to call Tommy John directly and was told to return these to Dillards. I don't keep receipts after wearing things, so I have no recourse. Last pair of expensive Tommy John underwear I'll ever buy!

The pajamas were not comfortable as described, but worse than this, I was sent the incorrect bottoms. When I contacted customer service, I initially received no response. However, I continued to write their customer service, until they eventually responded to me, stating that it was too late. TommyJohn's customer service is absolutely awful, and this for their product which the value is worth zero stars. Thankfully, I have found many much better places to purchase clothing. TommyJohns is not a place for good people to shop.
Tommy John claims to have comfortable under garments. However this is not the case.
They silk screen size, materiel, wash instructions, web site, patent number, country of origin on the inside back of the garment. After a few washes this ink cracks.
The effect is having sand paper stuck to the small of your back. I turn them inside out for them to be tolerable. Not worth the premium price they charge
