Toratattoo

It is truly unfortunate and disheartening that they do not stand behind their work. I had a tattoo done and, after leaving a message with the shop, no one ever responded. I realize that I am not someone who gets large, full-body tattoos and have yet to spend thousands of dollars on tattoos; but, you would think that, as a tattoo artist, the artwork you put on others is your form of business card and the way you treat all clients is the way you get repeat clients and repeat business. Customer service should be at the forefront of these types of businesses. Not only did the tattoo artist rush through the tattoo like I was just some chore to get through, the fact that he won't even stand behind his work and touch up a couple of spots where there is clearly ink missing, is truly unfortunate. Such a lack of customer service and attention to detail is truly disheartening. I would not recommend going to this shop. There are other tattoo artists that will stand by their work. Beware of any tattoo artist who does not stand behind their work and ensure the customer is happy.
