My quilt is beautiful it fits my super king bed perfectly and looks hand made plus it arrived just when they said it would.
CAUTION No support or response from anyone after two emails to customer service. Appears they have no need to respond after their 45day (everything) return period. Beautiful and unusual products but you pay a premium for them. All I wanted to know is if there was a manufacture warranty that goes beyond their 45 days. Anyone want to buy a beautiful clock for $69.00, doesn't work anymore but its only 6 months old!
Customer service dishonest. Purchased an area rug. The rug had imperfections. When I reported this to them they told me to take the rug outside on a sunny day and lay it on the ground! Are they from "PoDunk"? They string you along and outright lie to you saying they have refunded my bank... NOT! Never again will I purchase anything from them. Customer service is key to me doing business with a company. They don't have it. Buyer beware!

I purchased one area rug and 3 runners from Touch of Class
The large rug was creased upon arrival but I was told the crease was from being rolled and shipped. I did give it time, but during that time the rug began to wear very badly. It was in our master bedroom, which is a low traffic area, and shoes aren't even worn in the bedroom. The border of the rug began to fray badly, the creases never came out, and last week the stitching began to show and it looks like the border is separating from the rug! I sent photos to Touch of Class Customer service and they wrote back that I had the rug for 45 days so there was nothing they could do for me. SERIOUSLY? 45 DAYS after I was told to wait for the crease to resolve, as it was from packing? 45 days and the border is shredding, and pilling? This TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Do NOT order from this company. They are not reputable, do not stand behind what they sell, and sadly, sell either seconds/blems or just cheap quality goods!
The comforter is unraveling before our eyes. We paid over $200. I was offered a discount of $28 to keep it, or get a new one on back order. This is the second time our order has been trash. Fool me once; shame on me. This has been twice. They keep over $30 in return money. How do you keep our money because your product was defective? Change your name from Touch of Class to Scam Your $#*!! We will see you in court.
Comforter Set, and curtains, extra pillow shams were very costly. I paid approx. $500. This was the worse spurge I ever made. For the price, It's definitely not worth it. After a year my comforter started raving and coming loose around the seems. Although the colors were perfect in my new home and new room. I am So upset with this product.

The product was not quality material. After a year comforter threading started coming undone and the enter stuffing(cotton) started shifting to one side and the bottom of the comforter. Not happy I spent almost $500 on this set

This sham company needs to change their name to TOUCH OF TRASH. That's what you will get when you order anything from their overpriced website and they will bend you over twice with shipping. Their "free"shipping isn't free. It's figured into the absorbent prices and then these crooks deduct that from your refund

I spent over $1,000 for a comforter, pillows and a wall sculpture. When they came the comforter which was advertised as black and gray had a large center area that my husband described as looking like "a brown army blanket". The only thing I wanted to keep was the sculpture and it had come partially disassembled. Luckily my husband is a handy guy and was able to get it put back together but with a variety of cuts on his hands from laser sharp materials. To add insult to injury I had paid $119.39 in shipping to get the product and had to pay $98.00 to ship it back. Then I had to argue to get a refund on the comforter with them claiming I had not included the pillow shams and bed skirt which I absolutely had. I think they just don't credit properly until you catch that you haven't gotten you money. The comforter was over $200 and really not as well made as the one I bought from Amazon at less than half the price. Save yourself the time and aggravation and money and buy elsewhere. Just think I paid over $200 just in shipping.

Wish I had read all the terrible reviews on pretty much every item they sell. Pure trash, use foreign country Pakistan and pay next to nothing for the item and charge usa customers ridiculous high prices. Stay far away from this company...touch of class...more like touch of '$#*!'. Disgusting customer service, hang up on you after you wait 1)2 hr on phone for help.

Let me start off with customer service is horrible. They answer the phone and not even give a name. So overpriced ordered curtains they were cute charged $22 for shipping. I had to call 3 times to make sure they cancelled half of my order that was ordered by mistake. They do not send email confirmation when items are shipped or a receipt what you paid. This has to be a small Mama and Pop shop. Will not order from here again
I received the wrong color for an item, and the color isn't even an option on the site. Cheaply made and chipping. The box was smashed in too. I returned the order. I was able to get a prepaid return label. Hoping for a full refund. This site is not worth the hassle. Most review sites are full of reviewers that claim this site is a scam. Believe them.
I ordered from website Marshfield drapes in Dark Grey. Received Gabriel drapes in the color ASH. Item numbers aren't even the same hot according to to customer service Doris Gries, thieve are the same. Also the curtain rod I got has a piece of plastic in the end piece that is broken, will not refund until I send a picture. ABSOLUTLY INFERIOR products and even worse customer service

Touch Of Class is definitely legit! They have exceptional quality merchandise and their prices are excellent in comparison. Their products you do not find every and anywhere which is very appealing.
I have been a committed customer for several years and have never been disappointed with my purchases with one exception: A grande bedspread was unfortunately too small for my high mansion bed. This was the first time it ever happened. I recommend Touch Of Class to everyone!

I recently discovered there are two companies named "Touch Of Class" and I am not sure I made my review on the correct site. The one I use is strictly home decor ,bedding etc. Please check it out if you have not been to their site. You won't be disappointed!
I ordered one set of drapes unfortunately in the wrong size. I called to return them and order two sets of the same drapes in a larger size. I was informed that I would be charged $15 return fee. I told the agent that if I was going to be charged I would not order the other two sets. She said that was fine. So Touch of Class has lost a customer over $15. Weird!

I recently ordered a vanity chair and then saw all of the negative reviews which were very concerning. I contemplated cancelling my order. However, within 2 or 3 days of ordering, I received confirmation that my order had been shipped. I received it within a week. The chair was exactly as described and shown online. It's perfect for what I need. It's unfortunate that others have had such a poor experience, it shouldn't have to be that way.

Online ordering is challenging because you never really know how bedding will look in a room. BEWARE! Touch Of Class has a horrid return policy. You pay for the return & for the original order arrival if the shipping was free. Not worth returning so customer are stuck with the purchase. I will never order from them again. Lesson Learned: ALWAYS check the return policy prior to ordering.
I ordered curtains and they arrived so wrinkled I had to take them to the dry cleaner for pressing it cost me $80. I called touch of class and they said it's too late you're stuck paying your $80 you should have called this 1st and we would have given you adjustment but since you didn't call us 1st we're not giving you anything. How horrible I'm out $80 plus the cost of the curtains. They didn't care if I was a satisfied customer or not. The will not work with their customers regardless of the issue. So unfortunate for them and us.
The bed room spread I ordered was around $400.00 you would think shipping would be included But wasn't. I was hoping the Quality would make up for shipping cost but quality was so bad I returned the product having to pay additional $57.00 Shipping charge. Total shipping charge was approximately$100.00. I can order a $5.00 product from Walmart with free shipping. This has been the worse experience online order ever!

Bought two lamps that were just under $500. They came with very poor workmanship and one shade punctured. After calling I was told they sent an email with pick up instructions. Never received. Now it's been over a week and they claim they are picked up but at a Fort Meyers Fed ex facility (their return system) and they can't process my refund until they have them in their possession. Not my problem. I will NEVER order from them again. Their future catalogs will be used to start a campfire This has been going on for almost three weeks now!

First time I ordered from them I received a defective bedspread with 1/3 sewn upside down and raw edge showing! After 2 weeks of contacting them, I was told the item was sold that way, and they couldn't send a new one. Still waiting for my refund! Many unanswered emails.

I ordered both a bedspread and valance for my bedroom. The valance came however the bedspread never did. Upon calling the company they said the bedspread had been discontinued. I then told her I needed to return the valance. The lady on the phone said she can't take it back because it was shipped from the actual company. I explained I did not order it from the actual company, I ordered it from touch of class. She said she would contact them and have them send me a mailing label. That never happened. So I am out about $65. There's no way to return some thing. I would have kept the valance had the bedspread come, but it was not my fault that they took my order over the phone and didn't have the product in stock. Beware, there are honest companies out there. This isn't one of them.
