I am utterly appalled and infuriated as I pen down an experience that turned from a dream holiday into a nightmare. Our group of 20 embarked on the 8-Day Barcelona to Paris Tour (Product Code: *******) with Tours4Fun, a decision we bitterly regret.

Payment Horror:
We were cornered into sharing sensitive credit card details – front, back, and CVV, thanks to your perilous "anti-fraudulence" policy. It felt like a robbery in broad daylight! I mean, what year are we living in now? It's 2023! Which company asks for copies of credit cards? Yeah, Tours4Fun still does! And stands by it! Despite the bank's fraudulence checks, they figured collecting our credit cards is the best policy! They are certainly on another level with this "policy". Refusing meant stepping into a cancellation trap. What kind of choice is that?

Betrayed by False Promises:
A promised private tour, written in black and white, became a crowded chaos of 50. Empty promises, that's what your word amounts to. Our trust was blatantly betrayed. They never take their promises seriously, so please don't believe whatever they "promise".

Language Chaos:
We're predominantly Chinese speakers. Did they care? Absolutely not! No arrangements, no interpreter was provided! I was even thrust into the role of a makeshift tour guide. A disgrace!

The Abandonment Saga:
Imagine 20 old folks with heavy luggage, abandoned and overlooked because of your mess-up with the pick-up schedule. Despite numerous reminders about the pick-up location and time on the first day of our tour, they failed to pick us. We were desperate, scrambling to manage on our own while their only promise of refunds was just wind – empty and cold. The vendor, EuropaMundo, told us Tours4Fun didn't update the system of our pick-up point until the day before the actual day of our tour. So despite confirming, it failed. Their promise was once again worth nothing.

No Service Recovery At All:
We were very desperate because imagine I needed to transfer 20 pax, the majority being old folks with their big luggage, from our location to their starting point hotel. They totally ignored our request and made no service recovery! The fun thing was, they promised they would give a full refund, and despite failing us so many times and knowing their consistency for failing, we insisted they gave us a black and white email indicating a full refund. We got our own cabs and carried our own luggage. I even took the old folks via metro. Can you imagine the stress level, and the amount of time wasted, plus what a killjoy it was before the tour? So after so many calls (wasting our own money and time from 10.30am, the promised pick up time, till 1pm) we saw no ending to it, and decided to call our own cab to transfer the luggage. We did receive the email promising a full refund! But guess what?

Deny and Deny...
Finally, when we finished the tour, they denied our claims for the transfer expenses, which we forked out on our own, and they even accused us of making last-minute changes. And said they will check and never reply anymore! Despite us feeding them our email threads, they are just good at ignoring, accusing, or simply don't reply. They are really good at accusations, and despite having email threads, they simply ignore everything. Disappointment is an understatement! I am FUMING!

Vegetarian Nightmares:
All 20 pax of us are vegetarian, but despite us requesting a special diet for that ONE DINNER that was covered in Switzerland, we met a wall of indifference. I checked with the tour guide whether there was any request made; nothing. The tour guide Felipe told me, since working numerous years with the company, that the hotel and company NEVER MADE ANY EXCEPTION! I was questioning how international they are on the tour? This is a TRAVEL company, and you are facing tour groups across various countries and cultures. Such simple requests they also won't assist. Utterly disgusted! So, we ate plain pasta and some plain salads. No potatoes or tomato pasta, etc...

Guides or Ghosts?
The website says: Multiple local tour guides/drivers are available throughout your tour/activity! But in reality, the tour guide just dumped us at the attractions and told us what time to meet. Only mumbled on the bus with some unclear instructions, even though it says Tour Type: Guided on the website. There was not much guiding! In the end, I was literally the one explaining the monuments and attractions to my own tour group of 20 pax. It was hilarious when other people from the tour group started to ask me things as well and shared that I did a much better job than the guide.

Universal Disgust:
Every passenger, every face was a mirror reflecting disappointment and anger on that tour bus. Literally, EVERYONE I met on the tour bus is very unhappy with Tours4Fun and the way they handle things.

A Package Delivery, Not a Tour:
We weren't tourists. We were parcels, shipped hastily from one point to another, with no time to soak in the essence of the beautiful cities we paid to explore.

Timing Catastrophes:
Night arrivals (say 9pm, 10pm or even 11pm once) and early mornings (7am or 7.30am) turned our trip into a weary race. No leisure, no enjoyment – just a rushed, hasty, infuriating gallop through the cities. So you get why we felt like a parcel? There wasn't any time to walk around the charming towns.

A Cascade of Failures:
Every expectation shattered, every promise broken. Your consistency in failing is the only reliable aspect of your "service". Every time I felt that it was my last straw, they never failed to amuse me with the next failures!

Think a Million Times:
Anyone reading this – consider a million times before booking with Tours4Fun. Our bitter experience stands as a glaring red flag.

The Only Decency – The Hotels:
Amidst the tumult, the hotels were the only decent experience, though marred by non-central locations.

I often travel solo, valuing the freedom and peace it offers. But this time, I made the mistake of bringing a group of 20, including my elderly loved ones, into the clutches of Tours4Fun. It was a disaster, a journey of frustration and betrayal.

Burning with anger and deep regret, don't bother calling or emailing them! It doesn't work; they simply don't care!

This is the worst travel agency to deal with. Their costumer care is the most useless in all. I had book a 9-day tour to this agency and the package should include a transfer after the tour. On the day I needed the transfer the responds was:

We have tried to call the tour operator at xxxxxx, however, no one is on duty on weekend. Please arrange your own transportation from the tour hotel. We are unable to arrange the drop-off service for you now.

How would feel about that? I would suggest you book your itinerary directly to the local operator and you can save much more and not to deal with this unnecessary BS.

This company offers reasonable tours to Yellowstone the only problem is they do not specify that the tour is geared to Chinese speaking clients. There were only 6 English speaking clients and the tour guide slept through most of the tour and his English was difficult to understand. All the reviews are in English but I believe they were translated.
