I ordered replacement lift assist Suspa gas struts for my clamshell snowmobile trailer, and it took three attempts to finally receive them! Each time the package was delivered by the carrier, it came damaged and with parts missing.
I called Trailer Parts Depot and actually got to talk to a real person concerning the matter. They were great in handling the situation. I appreciate their service and I love the parts I ordered from them. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing parts for their trailers.

I ordered a fender and received it bent. JUNKED. I called and spoke with the lady who is very rude and talks over you. Finally made her understand what was wrong and they sent me another fender which was damaged worse. REALLY JUNK! I called the rude lady again to finally make her understand my problem. She said she would just refund my money, but didn't tell me they would keep the $41.65 in shipping. Very poor business and would not recommend them for ANYTHING!

Received product. All seems to be in good condition. Customer service was very helpful answering questions.

Superfast shipping on TPD's part, but the 1st FedEx delivery driver decided he didn't feel like carrying a 67lbs package, and pulled out out of my driveway without making the delivery. It did get delivered the next day- non of this is TPD's fault.

My only complaint is that the part was not packaged at all. The winch handle got a little tore up.

For some reason flat slipper leaf springs at 32" are hard to find. First off the 2 leaf springs I ordered along with 2 packages of hardware for mounting showed up looking like it had been though a war. It had to be taped and relabled by ups and it was still not completely closed so one package of hardware had exploded and was missing a couple pieces. It's not beyond me that the delivery service had a lot of the fault but if it would have been packaged better to begin with it wouldn't matter how the carrier mistreated it. The second thing is when I placed the springs on top of my old springs I noticed 2 things, 1: they were half the thickness of the old ones and 2: the end that is supposed to be flat is more like a radius instead so they were not sold as the appropriate part. Now I called and spoke to Isaiah and he was understanding and very he was very helpful in letting me know my options and was courteous and understanding. This is how a made my star rating

Not only is this the best place for prices but they are super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

The process was quick and easy. The parts that I ordered where correct for my brakes. One issue was the description indicated that the reverse solenoid was not included, but arrived with one attached.

Didn't realize that the caps were plastic, on me. Received on time, had one side of the 2 sided lug nut "grabbers" bent over on one of the 6 grabbers on one 1 of 4 covers. Still fully functional.

just one quirk, it didn't like my email address at first, I relented and put it all caps and it finally went through!

The part I ordered from Trailer Parts Depot was 1/2 the price of the local trailer shop! It also arrived very quickly!

Search function could be better. Found item on general internet and would not come up on internal search

4x 13mm gas rod mounting balls were ordered. I received 3x 13mm and 1x 10mm.
I had to resolved using one of the 13mm mounts.

I was surprised when I added a few mounting bolts to my order that the shipping charges doubled. I will buy the mounting bolts locally.
