I Love this company. Website is easy to use. Prices are competitive with other sites. When needed, the customer service exceeds expectations.
What is deposit date? I sat here for 30 freaking minutes trying to buy the dang insurance after filling out everything. I finally put in my trip date. I will expect a refund if this is weird. It felt awful with a message about this passenger will not be covered. WTF? I also wanted the cheaper one and couldn't go back to get the other Gold choices. I added 200 dollars above my primary flight because I needed a 2nd round trip flight in South Africa. Please email me with answers to my concerns.
I opted for the plan at $59, by clicking on that price. When I reviewed details just before purchase I found that the plan I was being billed for cost $500+
Easy to enroll, met our basic needs for cruise we are taking. In general, travel insurance is expensive relative to coverage. This was definitely a more competitively priced product--not cheap but overall I feel like we got a good deal.
Use you for every trip. Very easy to find and compare plans and your prices are better than anywhere else I have found.

The first customer service rep I spoke with yesterday seemed very unhelpful. I decided to call back today and try getting a different representative. Tonights person was very helpful. I have never had to file a claim using Nationwide Travel Ins (the policy I purchased), so I cannot comment on the level of service provided regarding reimbursement for claims.
I did not get all the information may be because the purchase was on a Saturday. It is a good idea to have full service on weekends as some people but only on weekends.

Everything is fine. But for future reference, please explain in more detail about rental car coverage in Mexico and EXACTLY what papers to take and what to say to the rental car company agent, so they won't try to cheat you to say it's not valid and you have to pay more and buy theirs. Please have explicit instructions for this. I've seen and heard too many people in Mexico get ripped off in this way. We don't need a rental car this time, but we did before and got ripped off on the insurance part.
The purchasing went very well and pricing was on point. Everything was spelled out and easy to understand. However, this is promissory relationship and the real test is if/when a claim is filed. Hopefully it'll never be executed but if it is, will the product fulfill its promise quickly, fully and efficiently? That I can't answer right now.
The person how handled questions was clear and open which the other firm we were looking at was not.

Hi Harry. We communicated about your purchase multiple times via email. When you expressed interest in covering medical only by listing your trip cost as $1, the premium for the policy you purchased was $59, which is what you paid. None of the plans at that quote level show a premium over $200. Perhaps you were looking at a coverage limit listed in the plan. I'm sorry for any confusion you had in the enrollment process.
