My account was hacked after only being on it a week. I have "contacted" them many times and never received an answer back. There is no phone number available and the Contact us button appears to be the only way to contact them. Unfortunately they don't contact you back. I have lost money, credibility and who knows what else. I had high hopes but am tru ly dis-satisfied!
