“Nueology DO NOT ORDER”

K M.
1/20/16

I wish I read all of this 14 days ago:-) I too have lost $160 Canadian. DO NOT ORDER from them. Huge scam, not even sure at this time if my credit card company is able to do anything even though I am within the 14 days. Apparently humanity is nonexistent to some. This whole thing is frustrating and saddening, if only the people who make up these scams could realize the true damage they do, like bounced payments for bills that truly matter like rent.

It's a scam, if you don't return it in 14 days, the cheap free sample they send you, They bill you full for each item, every month until you stop it, So you get ripped off by not understanding how they word the sale pitch. Be careful. A painful two hundred dollar scam.

I have had the same problem as your other respondents. There is supposed to be a 14 day lapse, 4 days for shipping and 10 days to try then you can call and cancel. Seeing how my order was given on December 31st but not shipped until Jan. 5th and delivered on the 11th. That was far from 14 days. On Jan 11th they charged my credit card $300.49 (US) and I am in Canada so the exchange rate is very high. The price Nueology charges is exorbitant, that should not be allowed. I called and like the others argued with them and finally they offered a 35% discount, but I said I wanted a full refund. I was told that was impossible and to check the terms and conditions. One should be able to return a product they don't want, there is no return address other then a PO Box, and it is also regarded as a scam. If you Google (PO box 500, North York, ON, M3J 0j8) it opens up a lot about the scam here in Canada. I called my credit card holder and they gave me some advice but at this time they could not cancel the charges. I came across this web site (http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/media/video-0054-how-file-complaint), the Federal Trade Commission and I have submitted a complaint. Maybe I won't get my money back but maybe it will help get rid of these fraudsters. I have never had a problem with any company I have ever ordered from until now. Regards, Karie Jaid.

I did all the follow up suggested by my credit card holder. I got all the sites that said Nueology was a scam, and I wrote a letter to the head office for Nueology in CA. Then I created a letter to my credit card holder along with all the information I had collected. Not long after that I got a message that they had credited my credit card with the amount that Nueology has taken. When I called the 800 number, *******160, to cancel my account they told me that the account was closed. I think you have to be relentless with these people and find out everything you can about them then use it against them. Call the credit card holder then send them a letter along with all your information. Send one to the Anti-Fraud as well as the Federal Trade Commission and maybe we can put these people out of business. Hope this helps. Karie.

This place and product are horrible and full of crooks! I never got the product and they charged me full price after the 14 days... I cancelled my account and even had the emails confirming they cancelled my account and they took it upon themselves to reopen it and charge me another $180! I have now had to freeze my bank account and go and file a dispute for fraudulent charges! DO NOT BUY THIS! Thank a lot #Dr.Oz

Call your credit card company and get them to reverse the charges. These people are a joke! They care nothing about creating a good product and customer service that keeps customers coming back, only about making a quick buck!

My wife ordered a sample of this cream. It came after 10 days. 5 days later they billed us another $200 american (300 Canadian) for the two jars they sent. She only ordered one. I argued with them for 15 minutes. Got them down to 35% off, the 50% off, hung up on them. They called back and said they would refund 75%. I told them to do what they are going to do and I will do what I'm going to do. I have cancelled the card the order was placed on and I will ask my credit card company to not cover any of the charges. The person at neuology directed me to a sight where I would be able to see to original agreement - at first he said it was 'tryflawless-beauty.com' which takes you to a similar site - then he said that was a different company and sent me to 'try-flawless-beauty.com'. Adding the dash took me to a page we never saw when placing the order. He said that this was where we agree to the terms. This is a complete money grab. Stay away!

Update - I ended up having to pay 100.00 Canadian. I had managed to talk the scammers down to that amount and my credit card company refused to cancel the payment that had been made.

Along with the other reviewers, I was not aware as it is not advertised up front, that the product actually costs over $100. There is no free trial (or sample as I thought). It is a free trial period of 14 days. If you do not call within 14 days you will be charged the full price. Since I ordered 2 products I have been charged close to $200. When I called customer service they were immediately defensive and aggressive about their terms and conditions and how it was my fault that I did not read all of the fine print in their terms and condition. Horrible experience and horrible customer service!

This company is a fraud. The product is garbage. They send you a trial and give you fourteen days to cancel which is not stated in the ad. They are impossible to deal with. This company should be ashamed of themselves Beware of thieves like this!

Regarding the OVERALL RATING of SiteJabber 5 *'s! Thanks for having an avenue to vent & share a scam. OVERALL RATING of Nueology-s definitely a -5*'s! I requested the 14 day free trial, like everyone else. Received it on the 12th day after ordering, so 2 days to review! REALLY? Was 1st charged $4.95 supposedly on the day of shipping, then charged $104. Xx on the 10th day after shipping-though I still didn't have my item. The confirmation emails received aren't monitored, but they did list a number to contact customer service. That was even more a joke! I called the number 9 times. It rang 2 ring tones close together (as if it was being switched from 1 line to another, or like it was being forwarded), then beeped loudly & disconnected. Even called the number listed on my bank statement with the transactions for assistance. There was no connection at all, just disconnection. So now I've had to contact me bank & order a whole new bank card!

Tip for consumers:
UPDATE: I've tried using the email sent with my product to cancel. Guess what? Mailer Dammeon sent me an ERROR MESSAGE. At this point, that was no surprise either. This product seems to have many names including: Flawless Beauty,

Probably my mistake but when I read the add that popped up on my cell phone I saw no terms and conditions that indicated THAT U HAD TO CALL WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE ORDER TO CANCEL YOUR free TRIAL OR YOU WOULD BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE FOR THIS FREE TRIAL and then would be sent a new order monthly. I called them to explain that I was out of country and was not even here to receive it until after they had automatically processed my 2nd shipment. In CND funds this came to about $550 to 600. They informed me that the acceptance was legally binding and more or less TOO BAD FOR YOU but we will be fair enough to cancel you from our order department. I cancelled my Visa and requested a new #. With them FREE is NOT free and they will not accept untouched returns regardless of what the website says BEWARE and tell your friends

THIS PRODUCT FAILS AT ALL LEVELS. EVEN WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL, THEY CONTINUE TO TRY AND SELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP. SAY NO AND KEEP SAYING NO BECAUSE EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT THEY INSIST YOU ARE USING IT INCORRECTLY AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY: EVEN IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN UNOPENED PRODUCT. THE NEXT THING YOU KNOW, THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING YOU CANCELLED BUT THEY INSIST THEY TALKED YOU INTO SOMETHING ELSE. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT(S). SCAM! KEEP YOUR MONEY DON'T EVEN TRY THE SO CALLED FREE SAMPLES, NOTHING IS FREE!

I vowed I would never get sucked in to buying "FREE" stuff online again, but when I read that this product was endorsed by Dr. Oz and Goldie Hawn, I was hooked. I just saw the words "free trial" and that was all it took. I first realized that all was not right when I ordered the two products at the same time, and was billed two separate shipping and handling charges, even though they arrived in the same box! I certainly did not know that I had fourteen days to try the products before they charged me over $260 for them. I only found out when I looked at my Mastercard account online and noticed I had been charged for something that I had only just received. There was no return address in the box, nor even a telephone number. The bank gave me the telephone number of this company so that I could call to question their policies. Of course I received no satisfaction from the sales rep. She was quietly spoken and very hard to understand (for obvious reasons). Note to self: IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD, THEN IT PROBABLY IS! I feel like such a fool to have been conned yet again. I sincerely hope Dr. Oz has nothing to do with this company.

My initial order for a free trial was through try-flawless-beauty.com. Which stated I could cancel within two weeks if not satisfied. I was not satisfied and attempted to cancel, but was denied, by a male rep, because I was told to give it a full 2 weeks. I did, and called again to cancel during that time frame. Again I was met with resistance from a female rep. She insisted to give me another two weeks and she would work out better pricing. I absolutely stated no that I was not interested. She kept trying to get me to say "OK". I ended my conversation with "no it is not OK and I want this cancelled". Today I find a charge on my credit card:

4/7/16 8:30 AM $46.26 RNI*CARALLUMABLISS *******331 FL
Transaction Date: 3/30/2016 Transaction Amount: $46.26

When I called, I found out it was for this "free trial" offer, which I previously cancelled twice. Also, he would not allow me to return the product stating "it is used". I wish I had seen website prior to ordering
