“£113.98 for a room with NO HOT WATER / NO REMEDY / NO DISCOUNT!”

DON'T STAY HERE OR HOLD A PARTY HERE. The problem was that I flew in for a party so it was a short stay. No hot water meant I couldn't shower before the party or in the following morning. The hotel refused to look at the cctv footage in the reception area confirming that I had spoken with someone. They also did not discount the price. SHOCKING!
