The gentleman I spoke with by phone seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful (the only reason I gave this a 2 instead of 1). He spent lots of time and even looked at a map of my house and the nearby stations. It sounded like the location I intended to place the outdoor antenna would work well.

Problem 1: the splitter I paid for was not included in the package (so I bought one at Home Depot). Problem 2: they failed to issue a refund for that. Problem 3: I spent a lot of time moving the antenna around in the general location I told the guy I'd place it all with almost zero English speaking stations. In fact, even in trying the antenna on the opposite side of the house I had told the guy I would place it, the results were insufficient. So his assessment of my expected results was way off! Problem 4: they didn't refund the cost of the splitter until my third request (about 3 months late). The whole thing was a huge waste of my time.
