I was really skeptical about ordering from this site, but the other reviews that I read were good, so I did. I ordered the Disney 100 years of Magic DVD collection (132 DVDs for $135), and this collection is AWESOME! I payed using a credit card, and the site IS secure (verified through e-commerce and two other security certificates and also noted by the "https" in the search box when you enter your information). The site provided a tracking number immediately via email, and I received my collection in a little over a week! I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this site to everyone!

At first, I was attracted by the low price for the box set we were interested in. Then, I noticed that the website uses no security protocols for transmitting personal information over the web. This was not true for financial information because nothing happened. I selected paypal for the payment type, and all the website did was register a tracking number with my order, but did not finish the transaction with the payment. I tried to use the online form to see about what the status was with my order, how to pay, etc..., but all I got back was an error message from the form that I was using illegal characters in the text of my message, which I was not - thank you microsoft. Asp for failing this vendor. But last but not least, I called the vendor with the phone number provided on the website in Ohio, and I received and automatic messaging service that said, "The person at this number is not available..." Why would a vendor not use a message that announces the name of the company. All in all, I lost trust in the vendor, and there is no way to cancel my order from their website. Did I mention that I received no notification email from the vendor once I placed the order? As the motto says, you get what you pay for, and luckily for me, I didn't get the chance to pay.

I ordered The Office DVD box set as a gift off this site. I was looking for a while a found this site to be very cheap. Payment was good, delivery was fast, but once I got the DVDS i found out why they were cheap. They actors names printed on the front of the box had letters missing out of them, and the DVDs were burnt copies! Some dvd seasons had chinese subtitles that no matter what you do you can't get them off, others have NBC channel logo down the bottom and keeps coming up which shows are coming on next on that channel! How poor is that! I was very unhappy with this as this set was a gift for someone. I won't be ordering from here again even though its cheap, the quality you get shows why it is cheap!
