“Disappointed in products”

I have always ordered our shipping supplies thru U line and have always been satisfied. But first time something went wrong. No longer willing to stand by the product they sell. Ordered a rubbermaid digital scale 1 year and 1 month ago. One month after warranty expires guess what? The scale quit working. Called customer service who was very friendly but unable to help. Wanted to sell me a new one at $150.00 No Thank you! I will find somewhere else to buy my shipping products as well.
