Ubuyez will charge you $85 to cancel if you don't realize the rip off! I ordered the Rhythm rocker which looks like a fun way to start exercising! BUT it was advertised as 4 easy payments of $33.00 and if you order now they will be so nice as to pay one payment, leaving only 3 payments of $33.00. I checked my debit card within a couple of hours as I have VERY LIMITED funds and they took $117.80, so $85 ish for S/H... NO! Well I pitty the poor person who orders on Saturday and doesn't realize as you can only cancel with 24 hours and no one in customer service on Wkends. Which means, if you don't realize the RIP OFF until after 24 hours... It cost you $85 to cancel your order!

When I purchased an item they claimed I was getting 3 items free, when my credit card was charged they billed me for the 1 item I originally purchased for $39.95 they charged me Processing and handling of $9.95 per FREE item, I returned all of the products but was only credited for the one item of $39.95. When I called them they claimed I was not to return the 3 free items, on the return form they state this, but since I was charged $9.95 per item I did not think of these as being free. Since I returned them they claim they discard the free items, Yah I bet they do! So in a nut shell they kept $29.85 of my money and I got nothing.

I was up early one morning feeling sorry for myself and the current state of my body when I saw the infomercial for thebody shapers. I went to the website and purchased the original set plus the additional "free" pieces. Very shortly thereafter, I realized that since they charged $9ish shipping (which all shipped in one mediumsized package) per each "free" piece, that my $90 total would be unrefundable if I was not happy with them. Aprrox. A 1/2 day later, I went back onto the site to cancel my order, which claimed to already have been shipped. Of course, I did not receive them for about a week and a half, which would lead me to believe that they just change the status to shipped immediately so that you can not cancel.

When I received them, they were very uncomfortable, I muffined out on multiple edges, and they rolled. As if it wasn't bad enough that $50 of my $90 purchase was considered shipping and therefore nonrefundable, but I would be responsible for the return shipping and on top of that, a 15% restocking fee.

I regreted my purchase as soon as the sleep cleared from my eyes and it only got worse from there. I hope that this can help someone else think twice before they click that submit and commit button for Kymaro products.
