This company is a joke.
I was looking for alternatives to Cisco networking equipment and was lead to Ubiquity as a great alternative company. I decided to start with a simple home device (a router) and then if it appeared to have a good UI and functionality, I was going to upgrade my entire home and business office with their products.
Well, unfortunately I can't speak for how good or bad their products are... BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET ME BUY THEM!
What company does that?
I made a commercial account, stored a credit card on their site for current and future payments, and every time I place an order, I receive an e-mail stating my order was cancelled due to suspected fraud! WHAT?!?!?!?!
I attempted to contact them, but there's no phone number. So I opened a support e-mail, and after several impersonal mostly copy/paste responses and back and forth e-mails,
I was basically told I was not allowed to purchase their products, they can't explain why, can't resolve the issue, and was basically told to kick rocks. They just tell me to place a new order, and then cancel it on me again.

Their reasons for this were:
- If a chargeback was opened on a previous order, work with your bank to have this removed. Future orders may be flagged while the chargeback is associated with a past transaction. Only the issuing bank can remove a posted chargeback.
- The card used is issued in the United States
- The order has a US shipping/billing address
- The address listed on the order matches 100% to what is registered on the card
- No intent of exportation (order must be for deployment within the US)
- Ordered items fall in line with quantity limits

But none of these apply to my order, even tried different cards. Thought it was my card, the credit card company said they never even tried to authorize it.

I guess this company doesn't want my business, and I am making it a point to tell others about my experience with them as I have heard you get the same results if you have issues with their products, you won't get technical support, or be able to call or speak to anyone other than being able to request an RMA at their digression.
