I placed my order on 14 May 2021, received an email following up that the hilt I wanted was delayed by a few months due to COVID affecting parts availability. They offered a range of different hilts but none were want I wanted so I decided I was happy to wait. I was informed it would not be ready ion that case until October. Then, end of June my dream lightsaber arrived! So much faster than expected even with the COVID delay! I was overjoyed, the quality was magnificent and it is now one of my prized possessions!
Ordered a grandmaster hilt but was sent a different one. When I emailed 10 mins after the package arrived I was told I need to pay a $132 restocking fee to correct the mistake. I was told " it was clear at check out any returns is an additional 20% restocking fee regardless of the reason." Wouldn't order from this site again. Wouldn't recommend this site, after some research this site is the only one they link as it has them at a 4.8/5 but other sites has them at a 1/5 and even 10 the better business bureau has them listed as an F and a 1.22/5 for reviews. Do your research.

The thing that I really like about ultrasabers are the hilts. I have large hands and they fit perfect, unlike other sabers.
The light saber blade I got from this store is really amazing. Recommend it to all if you want to cosplay as a Jedi knight

Was easy to buy and pick up. Was a little confused on how the customizations worked but someone was able to help me choose my saber and customizations.
My experience was amazing! And the staff was helpful. Easy to find on the floor maybe. I suggest the mystery Box.

Run! Run quickly and find another site that doesn't rip you off. Do take my word research reviews on other sites including the Better business Bureau that gave them an F and called them “a Chinese sweatshop in the heart of Texas.”

Difference in lights and led and it look like in the movies! It feel real and the weight to it fun as well!
Ordered a lightsaber with a bunch of accessories and it still came ahead of time, have enjoyed the Saber very much and have not yet had any problems with it
Purchased $200 mystery box at Anime Matsuri After looking at their website saw I could have purchased same saber for around $20 less ($180) Spoke to people at show about issue They we're uninterested in issue and semi rude / upset that I even brought up issue. Very disappointing experience. Would definitely think twice about any new purchases and would not recommend mystery boxes since they don't stand by the minimum box value statement

Ultrasaber has some of the best lightsabers you can get. The blades are sturdy and the handle is exceptionally tough.
I have now ordered 3 sabers from this website. The first one, took forever and never heard back for help with a mistake i made on the order. Whatever, i made the mistake so i dealt with it and ordered 2 more sabers. The tips break off very easy, a cheap 70$ amazon ydd held up longer than these. One of the next 2 sabers i ordered was exactly as i ordered it and on point. But the other one was a mystery box (200$ with sound) and i got a lightsaber with flash on clash, soundboard, and speaker all attached but no sound. No less i am so disappointed in this. I wouldnt waste another dollar hereor recommend it to anyone
