I have ordered 4 previous Seresto Collars before. I had no issues. It killed the fleas and was a great price. Always takes over 2 weeks to arrive.

This purchase within 24 hours my dog had a seizure and started shaking and couldn't follow commands. We removed the collar. We tried again since we had NO previous issues. Once it was a max effect and on again after 24 hours he had Another SEIZURE.

We called Bayer who manufactures the collar. They said if it's not from an American business like Petco, Petsmart, Tractor supply, Chewy then it could be counterfeit. I feel this was a counterfeit and had some odd chemical neurotoxin that induced the seizure. Bayer stated they have tested this product with the EPA with 5x the potency without issues.

I contacted United Pet World. They have NO number, only Email. They are out of Singapore- suspect and claim Australian Vets tested. They offered NOTHING! I've ordered many times. Not even a half refund! I had to order another from an American store. Such a waste of $$$

Don't take the chance and cause a Seizure with inauthentic damaging products.

Otherwise, the REAL Seresto works well.So sad they allow inferior pesticides that can hurt animals for a profit! :(

Their overseas tin says Dublin on it and it's not in pounds but Kgs.

I bought two "Seresto" flea collars, one for my dog, one for my cat. Neither worked. We ended up infested with fleas.
Upon closer examination of the cans I noticed that, there was no registered trademark symbol by the name Seresto, and a number of other differences in these cans from the cans that collars came in the previous year. The previous year the collars had worked.
I believe this company is not selling genuine Seresto flea collars.

I ordered a Seresto collar and a box of Heartgard Plus from united pet world, being attracted by the low price. The collar was completely ineffective. My dog still had ticks after wearing it more than a month. Obviously, I can't have any confidence in the Heartgard based on the collar experience. I have replaced both of these items and am out $60.00. I emailed united pet world asking what could be done, but the issue is not being addressed. Be sure to check under Terms and Conditions on the website. It states: All Sales Final. Do not buy from this company. I should mention that I used a Seresto collar before this one with excellent results, but it was purchased from a reputable source.

I ordered 3 Seresto collars from Singpet, being attracted by the low price. The collars was completely ineffective. My dogs, after wearing the collars for at least a month are scratching more than they were before I put the collars on! Obviously, I can't have any confidence in the Heartgard based on the collar experience. I have replaced both of these items and am out over $100.00. I emailed Singpet and someone from United pet world (a sister company) questioning the authenticity of the product and was told I should take my dogs to the vet because the "scratching could be caused by something else" There scratching because they have FLEAS!
I was also told all products sold on their website are genuine but I truly have my doubts.
Since I have used this product before and had the container from the Seresto I purchase from my vet and noticed at the end of the O tm (trademark) on it but not on the 3 that I purchased from Singpet! So genuine... I'm not so sure.

Any reputable supplier would have offered to refund your money. Not this company!
