I purchased a Bottega Venetta clutch but never received an order confirmation, invoice or shipping details. I tried contacting their email *******@upscalebags.cn and I never received a response. My Paypal transaction showed I have sent money to a random email address, and not to the business. Now, I have to escalate the case with Paypal to get my money refunded. This website is not a real website. Beware.

This site is a scam. They would lure you to transfer money via Western Union and you would get a free gift. Once they picked up cash, they would ignore you. I sent them money since August 2021. It's late October 2021. I still have not received what I paid for.
