I subscribed for the Kate Upton plan which is for 3 days. Now, it is a bit pricey since it's only for 3 days but I thought it was pretty good. I get this twice a week with Sunday being the only day I get where I usually prepare meals by myself. It's pretty great. The meals are filling so it doesn't matter if the meal portions are small. There are also snacks which I can munch throughout the day.

So I got the 28-day slimming tea by them. So, based on the website, it is a Chinese tea that does not have any caffeine which is the main reason I bought them. I was addicted to coffee and I needed an alternative for it. It's been 10 days since I began it and I can see some changes in my body. Along with my regular workout, this is helping me achieve my goal
So, I have actually not been on cleansing diet before, so I thought it would be difficult. But it was not and this was a great experience! The beverages I recieved were really great. All of the drinks were pretty delicious, and it satisfied me a lot especially since they don't have too much sugar. I definitely would recommend using this cleanse monthly
Absolutely love their cold pressed juices. Spicy acai lemonade and high-energy, low-glycemic lemonade are my two favorite beverages by them. They are super delicious and I love the fact that they are organic and gets rid of toxins in my body. It is also very filling.
