After turning in a file, they sent me a horrible "digitize" file that wouldn't even sew. After complaining, they replied with the rudest answer i've ever heard from a "business", they shut down my acct, and blocked my whole internet from going on their website! This is my first review ever made, but this site got me sooooo mad I had to leave one somewhere. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Go to Lids, they will digitize any file on time, and will not scam you for your money!
