On March 5th, 2024, I made an order for 1,000 Indian Facebook followers, but they didn't give me even one Facebook follower. In fact, they do not provide any services and only steal your money. They are complete scammers. I contacted them via email multiple times, but they only gave me a fake response through email.

Run away from these fraudsters, they advertised they could deliver Instagram African followers but they rather sent me Indian and Caucasian bots! After barely 15 days of their abysmal services, they added insult to injury by taking away all the followers. What a waste!

In their terms and conditions, they outlined two critical points - a) the followers are guaranteed to be "Real High Quality," and b) a "30-day refill" is provided. Neither of these 2 conditions are real. Almost all of the followers that they add are fake, and even with that they do not completely fulfill the orders. When emailing them and mentioning the fake followers issue or to fulfil the orders, they do not even respond.

I purchased genuine Australian likes with Australian names and profiles on my page but they flooded it with fake Vietnamese names with the same repeated photos over and over. I asked them to remove them but they declined. They're an absolute scam. I should have checked the reviews prior to placing the order!

Shut this website down! It doesn't serve it's purpose. Initially placed an order last year. Prompt response order fulfilled. This morning my followers that they gave DROPPED so I thought let me top up it's time anyway….then nooooo they took the money, no service. I keep sending messages but nothing. Need to dispute with my bank, maybe they can help block purchases from their payment gateway because USEViral is FRAUDULENT!

I bought 10 Facebook accounts but they gave me bots😭. This $#*! hurts. The account only had profile pictures nothing else. Plus they trick you on m there bio saying how to identify scammers so they can make you loose your gaurd. Lastly most of the positive reviews are bots if you read carefully. I lost $15 dollars but it is What it is 😂.

My review is nothing new compared to the previous few who mentioned bad service. Fake accounts (which is fine, not good but expected). Significant drop off immediately. And no top up even though that was their promise. In our case, they did reply, just keep BS me saying their team is "working on it" for months. It takes less than an hour to fill a large order. What are they working on exactly?

Also their likes or other engagements can not be choosable for your reels. There are better ones out there. Never use them again. A waste of money.

I made a purchase with them and have email threads with Jacob. He advised me that my order would be processed within 1-10 business days. It's been almost a month and my order status says "rejected." I reached out again stating my frustration and no response.

Quick to take the payment. Offered a very poor service - generic or bot type response received - very unimpressed with this company Please avoid them

I recently made two separate orders with UseViral and I never received anything from them. I tried contacting them several times and never heard anything back. I should have listened to the other reviews online about this company taking people's money.

UseViral is a complete SCAM and should be shutdown. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This company is a con! They hound you with offers that do not work. Steal money. Do not respond to questions

Please be careful and do NOT buy from this website! I have bought an account from them, and they sent an account that is protected by a phone number. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks and they replied a few times saying "we will fix this soon" and then they started ignoring my email messages.
Whenever I contact them, they just say they will fix it, and they say "Thank you for waiting" and "Sorry for making you wait" and then they totally ignore me.
I lost money with them.
It's been 2 weeks folks, not 2 days! It's a total scam!

Emailed company twice, called their "contact" telephone number (which disconnected immediately) concerning failed order fulfillment. I only received a bot response advising 24 hour response from Useviral, nothing else since then. It's sad because many of us are trying to build an online presence utilizing this type of service as a starting point. This one (Useviral) has to come along and mess the entire process up! Stay away business owners! It's not worth the headache!

Dont buy from them please, they are scam. I bought and nothing happened. They dont hape paypal or any secure payment method. Their bank Located in dubai. Its just a scam.

They operate under the business name "RJM Digital Limited" in Auckland, NZ. It's the biggest scam you'll ever see on the internet. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

They take payment, don't deliver, then you complain and they say they've given a refund but no refund comes. Scandalous

If you buy from them and do business anywhere in the world, just know that ALL OF THEIR FAKE USERS ARE VIETNAMESE NAMES WITH FAKE PROFILE PICTURES. You have a business in US? Well it won't look suspicious at all that all your likes and comments are from Vietnamese people. (sarcasm)

The first order was really quickly done and I had no problems at all. So I tried ordering another 2 promotion sets but they didn't start even after 2 weeks. The support doesn't answer at all. You do not receive and Order ID and if you are still able to check your order, you do not see any progress, just the stuff you ordered but nothing more. But you receive 3 marketing emails per day. That's all. You might check for others - for example thesocialmediagrowth that has at least an overview page where you can really track the progress of your orders.

I've been purchasing Followings to test different provider, biggest mistake I did is to buy from them. Not only I am losing thousands of my following but as well as the response is very irresponsible. I've been emailing them about the lost but they said it will be refilled, which was the opposite of what has been happening.

Never trust and waste your money from them as they never refill, unlike the other ones I used which I never experienced a major drop like this guy's

Legit scam

This website is a scam which has a powerful media cover, don't try what i did. You can check first by ordering 10 followers, if you got any results, go for more whereas it's obvious you WONT GET ANY.

I tried making two separate purchases. Each purchase collected funds from my account with out providing the purchased services. I have contacted support 3 times and no one has responded. Basically they just steal your money

They didn't complete "custom comment" order. After multiple contact attempts, they asked me to resubmit. After resubmitting, they provided a "random comment" service I didn't ask or pay for. Not only was the order incorrect, but none of the comments provided were complete sentences/words (see attached screenshot). My request for a refund were ignored. My bank provided the refund/credit to account.
