Took my car here for years, then these new guys took over. What a joke, they barely speak english and treat customers like they are morons. Took my car in a month ago on a saturday morning, I called before to make sure it was not busy and they assured me I could bring it in and they could look at it when I got there and they were not busy. It took 2 hours for them to look at my car and another hour to find the leak which they never found despite me bringing the tire in flat. I suggested trading me a used tire to match the condition because these people were ready to send me on my way still flat after 3 hours. They agreed to that and I was finally on my way. I got another slow leak a month later and called to bring my car in again. The customer service person said no one in line and bring it in. I brought it in and there was a 2 hour wait. I tried again 2 days later with the same result. These people lure you in for business only to wait. Called again today and same story they tell me no wait, then I wait an hour until they look at the car. I ask 45 minutes into the wait and he says Im the next car in line. 15 minutes later another car is pulled in before mine. This guys is doing this because he knows I'm in a hurry and complaining about the wait. I asked him what happened to my car being next? He mumbled something like he didnt remember telling me. Finally car is pulled in and they show me the nail then the guy in the garage yells at me do you want it fixed or replaced. 20 minutes later I ask where my car is. They tell me on the right side of the street. It was actually parked block from their store despite ample parking available outside their store. The manager even cashed me out early because I was in a hurry. Then he disappears after he tells his employee to park my car way down the street.
