It has now been 38 days and I'm still waiting on my refund. I email them almost every day asking for my money. They just keep telling me it's done. I asked for proof of refund and all they sent me was a piece of paper saying a refund has been done. They refuse to provide proof of the transaction, I have asked 3 times. They just tell me to call my bank. My bank can't do anything except tell me there has been NO refund deposits. We this business owner thinks he has the right to keep an Australian pensioners money I have no idea. In these times I do not think it should take 38 days to refund money.
In the beginning they constantly told me they sent me the right part. I provided photo proof that this is not the case but they refuse to admit it. Picture below shows it is not the right part.
Where's MY $267.74 David?
$267.74 may not mean much to a fancy business man but it means a lot to a disabled pensioner.
