When you spend over $8000 for a week….first night kitchen floods because of dishwasher and garbage disposal issue. Then water alarm goes off so you have no hot water.The grill is not usable because the gas is not hooked up correctly. The the vacuum cleaner doesn't work. There are bugs in one of the bedrooms. Then the upstairs bathroom leaks into the master and you try & sleep through drip, drip, drip, etc…You call daily to report issues, you stay for 7 nights and nothing gets fixed or resolved. Vacasa's only response is the local management hasn't gotten back with them. I feel for the home owner of this home in Silverthorne, CO. I would be furious if my 6 million dollar home had these issues that went unaddressed. I will never rent from a Vacasa managed property again. What should have been an amazing family vacation was filled with problems and extra work instead of fun family time and relaxation.
Tip for consumers:
If you have issues when you rent through Vacasa they give excuses and no fixes. They claim the local property manager won’t respond and that there is nothing they can do.
