As all vacation rental homeowners know, the industry has become a complete nightmare. I've listed with Expedia & HomeAway previously - both were outrageous in percentage fees (their pay-per-booking seems great & all, but it's a total scam. You end up paying way more). Decided to quit using HomeAway after my card was overcharged & a rep hung up on me when trying to settle the dispute. Vacayrx is one of the only platforms I could find that has the annual pricing options. They have all flat-rate pricing options & haven't thrown any hidden fees my way like Expedia AND HomeAway did. Started using vacayrx.com about a month & a half ago, already made my money back & have 10 more months to go. The platform is easy to navigate & completely user friendly. Can't even begin to describe how happy I am to have come across the platform & to have gotten away from the scam artists at HomeAway. Keep up the great work! As long as you don't make drastic changes against us homeowners like HomeAway, I'll most definitely continue to use you guys! Thanks for finally giving us a trustworthy platform!
